Lazlo and Sierra made their way inside the city of Muse which is where the President of the Dunan Republic resided. The streets were buzzling and the city was almost like it was before the war between Dunan and Highland.

The Punishment Rune bearer took each step and Sierra followed him. He sighed.

"Never knew the city of Muse was just as lively as Two River city." he said out loud.

Sierra who was walking beside him looked at him with nonchalance.

"It really screams that you are not from around these parts." she replied to him. "Which reminds me, you never did tell me where you are from." she then inquired.

Lazlo did not respond to her. Instead he made his way towards the huge building in front of him.

"That is the city hall right? So is that where the President of Dunan is?" he asked her.

"Indeed." Sierra said as she walked past him.

Lazlo just followed her.

...

...

...

Inside the city hall was like a typical government office. There were government employees buzzing around carrying documents, trying to meet deadlines. Lazlo and Sierra saw this. The main hall had a stairway which led to the main office of the President and the two of them made their way to said place.

Immediately they were stopped by a person guarding the door.

He was wearing a yellow turban that covered his hair and he had an orange sleeveless shirt. His orange pants and black leather sandals complimented his outfit and sashes of blue and red were tied around his waist.

The eyes of the man looked serious and his arms were crossed. He was in no mood for small talk.

"What is your business here?" he asked the two of them.

"Is that a way to greet an old friend?" Sierra retorted to him. "Shin?" she then said.

Shin then recognized her former ally in the Dunan Liberation war. The seriousness of his face did not wane, but there was a bit of easiness now on his part.

"Sierra." he said to her. "What brings you here?" he then asked.

"We wish to see President Teresa." Sierra replied.

"She is in the office. I will let you in now." Shin said to them.

...

...

...

Teresa Wisemail, the president of the Dunan Republic, sported blonde hair and had blue eyes. She was wearing her usual outfit which consisted of a green polo shirt with a purple kerchief tucked in the neck area. She likewise wore a green skirt held by a purple belt and cream colored boots.

She was busy signing countless documents on her table. Documents which outlined the relations between the multiple states surrounding their borders.

"Teresa." Sierra who was walking in with Lazlo, called out to her.

She propped up and saw an old ally and friend of hers.

"Sierra!" she shouted in excitement and she stood up afterwards and gave the Moon Rune bearer a slight embrace. During the time of the Dunan Unification War, the two of them had been close.

Teresa then noticed the other person with her. Someone who she hasn't met.

"And who might he be?" she asked Sierra.
