The reason for me being gone started out as writer's block and then a lot of stuff just happened (I won't get into details) but I'm back now and will try to update regularly... Rainbow's friends were... all so nice. I don't think I've ever been around people who actually cared for each other as strong as they do... "Scootaloo dear? Are you alright?" The sound of Rarity's voice interrupted my thoughts, "Huh? Oh y-yeah I'm fine... Sorry for being so weird" I smiled nervously, "Oh it's no problem at all darling... I can understand how overwhelming this might be, with you being around so many new faces and such... but I assure you, you'll be comfortable around us in no time" she looked at me with a soft smile, "Th-Thanks Rarity" "That's enough talking!" Pinkie Pie blurted out, startling Twilight, "Let's party!" She stood up, giggling loudly, "Pinkie do you really think that's a good idea right now?" Rarity questioned, "Just... Let her get it out of her system" Twilight said softly as she rolled her eyes with a soft chuckle, her arms crossed. AppleJack sat up a bit and stretched out, "A shindig does sound mighty nice right now... A bit of dancing will do us good. Get the blood pumping ya know?" "I suppose you've got a point there dear" Rarity stood up and helped up Applejack "Course I do" Applejack smirked as she kissed Rarity's cheek. I looked around as the girls started dancing with each other once Pinkie turned the music on. I smiled softly, sitting back against the blanket. "Cmon Scootaloo! Dance with us!" Pinkie extended her hand to me, pulling me up, "Woah oh um I'm not much of a dancer" "Well neither is Twilight but that doesn't stop her" Twilight raised a brow at Pinkie, "uh whoopsie... What I meant was I love your dancing" she smiled nervously, "Nice save" Twilight smiled as she kissed Pinkie's forehead. I chuckled softly as I danced with the girls. It was nice. I just hope RainbowDash was enjoying herself too.
