Hera's Pov.

Kanan came back the next evening. I didn't really care until I saw his face. Tear marks were trailing to his beard and he seemed very sad. I think I might've been too harsh with him. After he disappeared into his room, I knocked on his door. It opened but there had been no answer. I saw Kanan sitting on his bed, using the force to open up his Jedi holocron.
"And may the force be with you. Always." Obi Wan finished. The holocron floated back to Kanan's hand and he placed it back into its little compartment.
"Kanan," I said in a flat tone. "Where were you last night? There was a very important mission briefing while you were gone."
He didn't answer. He just turned his head in my direction and then he turned it back to facing front. He stood and walked out of his room.
And then I realized something; I hate him at the moment.

Kanan's Pov.

'I don't care about some stupid mission briefing. I would just have to stay at the base again during the mission, so why should I care?!' I thought to myself as I walked out of the room.
I went to the kitchen to get something to drink. While I was pouring me a cup of coffee, Ezra came in and asked me, "What's up with you and Hera? Is this about you being blind? Did you you and Hera fight?"
'I don't want to talk about it' I thought. I didn't answer so Ezra asked me, "Well did you fight with her, or not?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" I shouted at him. I sighed, realizing that I had just lashed out at him. "Ezra...just leave me alone. I don't feel like talking about it.
I left the room and went back outside to my meditation spot. I soon fell asleep, not knowing that Ezra had been watching me.
