"do we still have to continue this?"
Taeyong stared at Hailey when she said those words
he couldnt believe what he was hearing
"well.." Taeyong looks at their CEO's direction "now is not the right time to release any break up issues especially both EXO and NCT are scheduled to have a comeback"
Taeyong heard Hailey sigh beside him
"Chemistry is on a rough start and we cant have anymore issues" their CEO continued "anyway i have a meeting to go to so please go back to your respective schedules" says the CEO as he looked down at the folders he had on his table scanning them
both Hailey and Taeyong stood and walked out of the room
when they were finally outside Taeyong looked at Hailey and checked their surroundings
when he confirmed that no one was on the hallway he pulled Hailey by her wrist
pulling her towards the fire exit stairs where no one can disturb them
"what do you want?" Hailey says as she pulled her hand back from Taeyong
"what were you talking about back there?" he asked "do you really want us to stop this?"
Hailey stared at him "there was never an us to begin with"
Taeyong was taken aback from this
"look Taeyong ive done enough to hurt my unnies i just dont want to get involved with anyone" she continue "i dont want all our hard work to all go to waste"
Taeyong was silent as Hailey continued
"i just wanna concentrate on clearing the group's name because of what i caused" Hailey sighed as she turned around heading towards the door "i dont have time to play pretend and act as if i havent done anything" and finally walks out the door
leaving Taeyong alone in the staircase
Taeyong messed his hair up irritated
'this is all his fault!'
after letting out his stress he exited the staircase
he walked back to their practice room
upon arriving in front of the practice room he stared as his members who were practicing hard from the glass door
they were working really hard for their next comeback and debut
Taeyong thought about what Hailey said
she was right they worked really hard to get to where they are now
they cant afford to miss or ruin this chance that were given to them
sighing Taeyong entered the practice room
"your doing great guys!" he cheered on his members from the back
they stopped dancing when they heard Taeyong and immediately paused the music
and made their way to him
"Hyung! what was it about?" Winwin asked
"is it about our comeback?" Mark asks
their face filled with concern and worry
Taeyong simply put his arms around both their shoulders
"Yah why are you guys so serious? it was nothing" he says as he drag them both down
making them whine out of annoyance
"lets get back to practice!!" he announces
and just like that everyone again practiced from the beginning of the song
everyone were all serious in practicing
