One Day (Lucaya)

The meet

Lucas P-O-V

I walked in and saw the blonde beauty from the subway I smiled at her but she turned away. So I looked at Riley and she smiled. The teacher said "Lucas Friar I'm Mr.Matthews. Class this is Lucas Friar from Texas. " The blonde said "hi I'm Maya." I said low where no one but her would hear and said "well aren't you beautiful" she blushed and looked flustered.

Maya's P-O-V

He called me beautiful. I tried not to blush but I couldn't help it. It just happened. I looked at him and said "imma call you huckleberry". He smiled and said "well if it makes you happy maim". Ugh why does he get to me so bad.

Lucas P-O-V

She called me Huckleberry. I know what that means. It means the guy for me. She might not know in fact she probably doesn't.

Riley's P-O-V

Lucas walked in and he hasn't said a word to me. Just Maya. They looked like they were flirting with each other but I wasn't good with that kind of stuff.  I looked at Lucas waiting for him to take his eyes off of Maya but the entire class he didn't and I mean the entire class. The bell rang and we left. Lucas locker was right by Maya's and Maya's was right by mine so we were close. He walkes up to me and said "would you like to go out sometime next month?" I sqeauled YES!! Maya rolled her eyes at us.

Maya's P-O-V

Lucas asked out Riley. I thought we were flirting but I guess hope is for suckers. I walked up to Lucas and said "we need to talk Ranger Rick" He said " about what?" "Us"

Lucas P-O-V
Maya wanted to talk about us. What does that mean. She knows I asked out Riley. I turned to walk away but she jumped onto my back. She said "your not getting away that fast. You were totally flirting with me and you know it.  I said "you were flirting with me too." She said "no that was normal friendly talk" she was still on my back and I didn't want her to get off. She did though. She turned away and said "nothing but friends"

Riley P-O-V

Maya came through my window. It was a week later and the night of my date. I loved Maya so I decided to invite her on my date. She said no thanks.

Maya's P-O-V

Riley asked me to go on her date. She obviously knew nothing about how dates go. I declined the offer but I told her it was sweet of her to ask me. She told me she was nervous so I told her it was nothing to worry about. I was probably more nervous than she was. People kiss on dates. I didn't want their lips anywhere near the others for some unknown reason. We heard a knock on the door. I raced to get it because I knew it would be Lucas. And for some reason I straightened my clothes and checked my hair. I had worn my hottest outfit.

Lucas P-O-V

I heard footsteps coming towards the door. Riley must be really excited.  The door opened and my breath hitched. Maya opened the door and she looked amazing her jeans were ripped so close to her waist. And she was wearing a crop top. Does she do this on purpose? Does she know her affect on me? I said "Good evening maim" She smiled her adorable smile. But I remember being just friends so I pushed the thoughts out of my head. "Uhh is Riley here?" Of course she here she lives here I thought. Maya said " Obviously" I loved how feisty she was. " Wil... Will you call her down here?"  "Sure. Riley" she yelled.

Maya's P-O-V

He wasn't even paying me any attention. He just wanted Riley which was fine. I cupped my hands to my mouth and called again "RILEY!"

Lucas P-O-V

She raised her arms and her shirt came up so high I had trouble pulling my eyes away. Riley came down the stairs smiling. She looked good.

Riley P-O-V

Maya called me twice. My goodness she was ready for me to come down. Lucas looked amazing.  His eyes were on Maya.  He said "Ready to go?" I said yes. We walked down the stairs. Maya was behind us. I could tell she was trying not to impose. Me and Lucas went to the subway. After our date we got back on and I kissed him.

Maya's P-O-V

He kissed her. That's when I knew he wasn't interested in me.  I got off the subway unnoticed by both of them.

Lucas P-O-V

She kissed me. Wow. I couldn't believe it.  I looked at her and said "Riley Matthews, will you be my girlfriend?" She said yes.
