"Aw come on Magnus, are you really saying you've never left him alone on your important missions?" Alec began, pouting in the corner of the couch. "Relax grumpy, it's not that bad, plus I ALWAYS have someone watching my precious bean, well not you precious bean, but him." Magnus said referring to his cat, Chairman Meow. Alec sighed and rolled his eyes. "Relax, he is really chill. It should be a breeze and it'll be like he isn't even there, anyways once I get back I promise we'll spend some time together, if you catch what I throw down." Magnus said with a seductive wink. Alec felt his face heat. "Alright alright, just hurry back, I love you." Alec said standing up and hugging Magnus before the two exchanged a quick kiss. "I love you too, Grump." Magnus said before he opened up a portal and walked through, leaving Alec with Chairman Meow. Alec turned to the cat to see he wasn't there. Alec looked around the room in worry and saw he was on the coffee table and pushing the vase off with his paw. "Chairman! Bad cat!" Alec said rushing over to the table and picking up the flowers. Soon after that Chairman was knocking over books and wine bottles. "Oh god stop! That's his favorite wine!" Alec yelled literally jumping off of his feet and landing on his stomach to catch it, which he thankfully did after hitting his head against the drawers. Alec pushed away the strand of hair that was in his face before sighing out. This was going to be a rough day. Alec got up and put the wine on the highest shelf before he heard chairman begin to claw at the curtains. Alec rushed over and fought with the cat trying to pull away the curtain, only making it rip more and Chairman increasing angry. Once Alec had won, the whole bottom was torn and Chairman had moved onto the cool artifacts Magnus had collected. "Lay one paw on those and I swear-" Chairman knocked over a geode that wasn't opened yet and it cracked in half. "Magnus wanted to open that you idiot!" Alec yelled before picking it up and placing it back onto the shelf. Alec looked to see where that cat-from-hell went to and saw a picture frame of Alec and Magnus together was in front of him before chairman knocked it over and hissed. Alec hissed back mockingly.

•An hour later•
"He is really chill, he said. Precious bean he said." Alec said as he was hurrying to clean up EVERYTHING Chairman Meow knocked over. "CHAIRMAN QUIT!" Alec yelled once Chairman Meow knocked over a vase with roses in them. Alec rushed over and picked up the roses, rushing them to the counter where the cups full of water and flowers were. "That's IT! I am NOT losing my boyfriend to the likes of YOU!" Alec said stomping over and picking up Chairman who ended up scratching him roughly on the arms and cheek adding on to the amount of scratches he already had, making Alec shriek and drop him before picking him up again. Just then Magnus' portal came back and saw Chairman Meow scratching up Alec's cheek and a broom in Alec's fingers, a few vase shards scattered around. "Magnus!" Alec said in surprise and the cat jumped out of Alec's arms, rushing over to rub his head against Magnus' leg innocently. "Chairman Meow!" Magnus yelled and the cat hissed and went to it's bed. "I'm so sorry Alec, he usually is a nice cat." Magnus said intertwining his hands with Alec's. "I guess he doesn't like me." Alec said with an angry sigh of defeat. "It's alright babe, I like you a lot." Magnus said with a grin. Alec looked to him and gave him a soft smile. "I'll uh, replace everything." Alec began to worry. "Oh no it's alright babe, I'll do it." Magnus said before looking around in slight shock then spotted the wine on the highest shelf. "You saved my favorite wine?" Magnus said with a smile. "Well yeah um, it's your favorite." Alec said scratching the back of his neck. Magnus reached up and kissed Alec sweetly and before pulling away and looking to Alec's scratches, one was already bleeding. "Come on, let's get you cleaned up before we have some fun, don't worry about Chairman, he'll apologize in the end." Magnus said dragging Alec along into the bathroom. Alec turned to Chairman Meow one last time to see him hiss and Alec flipping him off before peace within Alec had been regained.
