A Simpleton
A weak-minded simpleton once took a walk
to try and collect this thoughts
He took along a basket to bring them back in.
Although he searched both high and low
under every bush and under every bramble
He found not a thought to bring back home.
Back home he trudged looking not where he went
and along the way a root caused him to fall
And as his head went crack his thoughts they all came back.
