Chapter.13

Sorry for errors and posting late.

" Clearlyyyy I dance way better than you."
"You just started learning today and I teached you those moves so clearly I'm the best."
Me and Marcus were arguing about who is a better dancer which is CLEARLY me.
"There's only one way to settle this." Marcus paused for dramatic effect "Dance battle!!!"
"Your on!"

We both started stretching and preparing ourselves to show our best moves. 
"Your going down Dobre."
"In your dreams shay" he said while jumping.
I got my phone and put a random song on shuffle. "Wait! We need a judge."
"I would go but I don't want to risk seeing them eating each other faces off." I looked around until I spotted Emily walking her dog. We only talk in school not really outside of it. I didn't know she lived here though.
"Hey emily! Emily!!" I yelled her name till she looked my way.
She waved and crossed the street and walked over to the fence.
"Hey angel whatcha doing."
"Hey Emily I didn't know you moved here and me and Marcus are about to have a dance battle." Marcus waved from behind me.
"Actually I just came here to visit my aunt she lived down the road."
I looked down and saw her puppy which was a husky.
"Aww" I opened the gate so I could pet it. "What's her/his name?" Marcus asked.
"Her name is Roxie."
"Oh I actually meant to ask you something, since me and Marcus are Having a dance battle we need a judge and can you judge..?" I asked hopefully.
She looked down the street then back to us "sure." I let her and Roxie in then closed the fence. Roxie began running freely.  I grabbed my phone and handed it to her. " when I say go press play so I can show Marcus who's the better dancer ." "Actually I can show you that I have always been and will be the best dancer."
"Winner gets bragging rights and has to do the others homework for the rest of the month."
"Deal" Marcus smirked
"Go" we both told Emily
She pressed play and Middle by dj snake starts playing. We both start to dance me moving my hips to the music then adding some dance moves. Marcus doing back Flips which I haven't masters yet BUT IM STILL A BETTER DANCER.  By the end of the song I was getting tired but I Managed. Me and Marcus panted "so...who...one?" Emily tapped her chin "the winner of this dance battle is...."
We both waited anxiously
" ANGELLLL" I jumped and I looked at Marcus "I wonnnnnnnn in your face I won won won ." I stared dancing around him "you have to do my homework for the rest of the month." He glared at me and rolled his eyes "shut up." "Aww is someone sad cause I won and you lost and I'm the better dancer!!" Emily laughed at us before she got a text "oh shoot I got to go come here Roxie." She said patting her lap. Roxie stopped chewing on a stick and ran to Emily. We both waved bye to her. "So Marcus how does it feel to lose." He sighed "it hurts to my heart." He puts a hand over his heart . I pat his back "one day you will be good as me." "Yeah well I'm going home I can't stand you bragging anymore." He gave me a quick hug then started walking away. I walked in my house and saw my mom and Jake flirting and occasionaly kissing each other. "I'm so done with this." I said going to my room gagging even if they looked cute together they just kiss too much for my liking .
