"This icecream looks crooked."

We all turned to Brandon who was pouting at his chocolate ice cream cone.

"Lick it." Suggested Jana.

"I did, It's still lopsided." He groaned. I tuned them out as they started a mini-arguement. Jace looked at me while I finished the remains, he had finished his minutes ago. I could feel him eyeballing my cone, so I tried to turn it out of his reach. When he caught on to what I was doing, he stuck his bottom lip out and pouted. His adorable face was all I need to groan and hand him my icecream.

"Tank yew." He said like a two year-old. Jace leande in to give me a hug, but he turned at the last minute and put ice-cream on my cheek.

"Jerk." I muttered to him.

"I sowwy." I tried my best not to giggle at him, he had rubbed the cream below his chin to create a beard that resembled Santa Claus'.

I giggled as Jace tried to lick off the icecream on my cheek. Our hands were flying everywhere as I dodged and blocked every spot he aimed for. He now tried to tickle me.

"Stop, stop. I surrender." I laughed. Jace sat up straight and looked around. His eyebrows creased and his lips stuck out. He was so cute when he was confused.

"Where is everyone?" He asked.

I looked around also. We were left with an empty table and a napkin with a message on it. I picked up the  white flimsy paper and read it.

You two lovebirds just looked so cute we didn't want to bother you. When you're done and notice we're gone, we went to meet Naomi at The Bridge. You can either come catch up or make out. We will know either way. ;)

~Lulu, Jana, Brandon and Nick.

"Jerks," I muttered. I crumbled up the napkin before Jace could read it and looked at him.

"So where are they?" He asked smiling his boyish smile that could make anyone melt.

"They went to The Bridge to meet Naomi. Want to head out?"

"Wait, let's not leave just yet." he smirked at me. For a moment, I froze, wondering if he had actually read the note and suggesting we 'make out'.

"Why?" I gulped.

"To play a game obviously." Jace rolled his eyes and stood up. I wiped the icecream off my face and stood up to follow him.

"What game?" I asked him quietly.

"The Flirting Game, you go up to a random girl/boy, and you flirt with them. If you get their number, its 10 points, a hug - 5, a kiss on the cheek -15, and any other pyshical contact is 5 points, but you can't initiate the action, they have to." I laughed and agreed to play this silly game.

"You go first." Jace told me, motioning towards a group of guys. My heart pounded as I watched the group, of about 10, all laughed at something the guy in red pointdexters had said. They advanced towards the food court, but one linered behind with his hands in his pockets.

Choking down my confidence, I walked boldy over to the boy and stood infront of him. He stopped suddenly and looked me up and down.

"Hi I'm Milly, what's your name?" I asked him sweetly.

"Miles..." he trailed off and slowly took his hands out of his pockets.

"Miles," I smiled, taking a step closer to him. "Nice name."

"Thanks, Milly." He smiled warming up to me. Miles and I were now leaned up against the wall having a conversation.

"Let's take a walk," Miles told me swinging an arm around my shoulder. I giggled, knowing I just had scored 5 points. When we reached the fountain, I unhooked myself from Miles grasp. He looked sorta disappointed that I let go, but it quickly washed away.

"I'm sorry, darling, but I must go." I said begginging to walk away. Again, I earned 5 points when Miles grabbed my hand.

"Here take my number. We can text and maybe hang out sometime. Could we be friends? Mine usually exclude me, like I'm a third wheel or something." He sighed.

"Sure we can," I smiled as he told me his number. "Bye friend."

His grin got wider than before, "bye friend." I walked off to find an angry/jealous/sad looking Jace.

"20 points," was all he said.

"And I made a new friend." I smiled. Jace only scoffed and walked towards two girls in 7 inch heels and designer jeans.

"All he did was wink and the two were under his spell. My stomach did a flip when Jace turned around to wink at me while both of the girls made a fuss digging through their purses finding a pen or paper.

After the blonde bimbos gave Jace their numbers they twirled their hair and smacked their hum as he walked away.

"20," I counted. Jace's smirked dropped. "HAH!"

"Let's go," he said pushing me towards the exit. My uncontrollable giggle caught the attention of bystanders, who were looking at me like I was insane. Jace grabbed my hand and dragged me to my car, then he proceeded to buckle in my seatbelt and then drive to the bridge.

"Well that was fun," I smiled.

"Yeah," he gave me a warm smile in return. "Are you going to call that guy you were flirting with?"

"Miles, yeah. But only as friends, we talked about how his friends ignore him." I shrugged.

"Oh." he smiled.

He is such a weird boy.

Smiling for no reason.

"Noooooooo..." I groaned rolling back over on my side. The tapping continued for a few more minutes until I couldn't take it anymore. I stomped over to my window and opened it to a grinning Jace.

"What." I groaned.

"Let's go somewhere." Jace said as he crawled into my window.

"No. It's two o' clock in the morning." I muttered climbing back into bed.

"Please," he yawned as he laid down beside me.

"Tomorrow," I whispered.

"Fine, then I'm sleeping here." he said stubbornly. I limply nodded and laid there as I waited for sleep to come to me. I was tired, my eyes were closed, yet I couldn't sleep.

There was movement on the bed, the sound of my sheets crumbling, then I felt warm arms wrap themselves around me. Warm lips against my temple, and last a face pressed into my back. I was too groggy to say anything, but I knew who it was anyways.

I fell asleep with a smile on my face that night.

I was jumping with joy as I wrote this. Ha.

The next chapter will be this week or next weekend and it will be Milly and Jace's 'adventure'.

*muah* Until next time
