My heart was pounding, my head spinning. 'No, no, no!!' I thought. I tried to squirm away. 'Only Daiki can! Not you! Never!!'

"Is the poor kitten scared? Of a simple kiss?!" I felt his breath, and my face grew redder and redder. "Stop!" I said, the tears still coming.

"Pucker up!"

I closed my eyes, preparing for a kiss that never should've happened. It never came. I heard something...

"Ribbon...LETTUCE RUSH!!!"

"OWW!!!" Akane screamed, and fell to the ground. I stared at him, than Lettuce. "I'm back!" Lettuce said. I smiled.

I gasped as Akane grabbed my foot, and I yelped. "Let go!" I wanted to kick him, but he just laughed. He pulled something from his pocket, and I fell pink. A feather. My worst enemy. "Here, kitty kitty kitty!" He laughed, and the feather touched my leg.

I glowed, and watched him grow the feather in the wind. "No!" I wanted to scream, but I couldn't while transforming. When it stopped, Akane looked like a normal lion. He grabbed me, and I gasped in pain.

"Ribbon-ah!" Lettuce yelled, Chika kicking her in the side. "You'll keep quiet!" He snapped at her, and did a small scratch in her cheek.

"No!" I screamed.

Akane stood up, making my paws dangle. "Poor kitty. Well keep our promise! Your coming, with us!"

I struggled, but it was small kitten versus a high schooler. Who will win?!

"No!!" A random voice yelled. 'No, it can't be. . .' I thought. I knew who it was.

He lept out of the shadows, and kicked Akane in the FACE!!! I fell to the ground, and looked up at the boy I knew so well. 'No, no!' I thought, the paing growing more. I saw him puch the dude a few times, as he layed in a heap, mewing. The boy turned, and I looked at him in fear.

It was Daiki. He stared at me, and I looked back. "Why?" He asked. "I-I . . ." I stammered, but he mustve only heard mews. He looked at me in disbelif. "You never told me?" He cried.

"I-"

"Never! You think I wouldn't be worried about my girlfriend, defending all of Tokyo?!"

"Please, let me explain!" I pleaded.

"I can't listen right now, never. Maple, I just don't know who to react."

"You didn't need to find out this way, Daiki! I was going to tell you!" But than I realized, that was a huge lie. A big, humongo lie.

"Maple, I can't take this!" He cried. "Too much is going on, I just . . . we can't be together."

"What?! No!!! Daiki, please!!"

"I'll see you at school, and when your ready to tell me all of the story, I'm ready to listen."

"NO!!!! DAIKI!!!!" I cried, watching him walk down the deserted street. 'Why?!' I thought. 'Oh Kauai, my world is upside down! Why is this happening??!!"

I looked at the knocked-out Akane, who seemed to be grinning. 'Evil, good-for-nothing..UG!!!!' I thought, stomping my paw.

I turned and ran from the fight. Yeah, I just ran. Too much was happening, just too much! I felt confused, unloved, and alone... Daiki, why did you leave me? I know its hard to know I'm a Mew Mew, but why?! You don't think its hard at all, do you?

I ran, nad tripped on a rock, brusing myself, and I lay there, crying. 'Let me die, right now! Let it all go away!' I thought.

Being so tired, and so streassed, I some how fell asleep.
