19. He cheats on you pt 3

Jacks POV
I ran down the street looking for Y/ N because she took the car. I was looking everywhere asking everyone I saw if they had seen her. Everyone said no. I needed to think, where would I go if someone cheated on me...... THE LIQUOR STORE.
I sprinted to the liquor store and went inside. There was no sign of her but I asked the guy at the till if he seen her. He told me that she bought a big bottle of wine and was sitting outside in her car for a while then drove off.
WHAT WAS SHE THINKING. She's not able to drive when she's just after drinking a bottle of wine. I asked him which way she drove off and he showed me.
I again ran down the road but as I kept going I heard the sounds of sirens, people talking and shouting. There was also ambulance, police and firefighter lights flashing.
'Shit' I thought.
I got to where the noises and lights were coming from and I seen a truck on its side and a car in a ditch. As Jack took a closer look I see that it was the car Y/ N was driving.
"No." I said to myself but then I seen something worse. I seen Y/N being pulled out of the ditch by the fire fighters and she almost looked..... dead.
"NO!" I screamed. I began running over to where she was but a guard grabbed me back.
"You're not aloud go in there sir until everything has been taken care of." He said calmly.
"MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND IS IN THERE SHE WAS THE ONE IN THE CAR LET ME THROUGH!" I pushed passed him and ran over to her. There was blood everywhere. On her face, hands, neck, arms, legs just everywhere. There was glass in her arms and a little bit in her head. Her legs were bent in all different ways. They were putting her in the ambulance and I tried to get in with her but they stopped me again.
"I'm sorry sir but only friends or family aloud"
"SHES MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND. Please let me go with her." I began crying.
*sigh* "ok"
I got in and held her hand the entire way there. The glass was cutting my hand but I didn't care.
"Jack" I heard someone whisper. I looked down and Y/ N was looking at me with fear in her eyes.
"Y/N Y/N omg yes it's me"
"I...I.." and then her eyes closed and then something started beeping.
"WERE LOSING HER STEP ON IT" one of the people shouted.
That's when I started to lose it. I started bawling my eyes out, I was hyperventilating, I could barely breath and then I fainted.
Your POV
You felt a humongous pain in your legs, arms and well just everywhere. You tried moving but that made it worse. The pain was so sore that you blacked out.
The next time you woke up I was in an ambulance and you were petrified but seen Jack beside you. After everything that just happened he's still here by your side.
~flashback~
You and Jack were having an argument over Jack not taking to you a lot anymore. You were just shouting at each other back a forward until you got so sick of it you stormed upstairs into your bedroom. You told him to leave you alone.
After a while you heard him come upstairs. He laid down beside you but you just faced away from him. He put his arm around your waist and and kissed you neck lightly.
"Y/N?"
You didn't say anything.
"Y/ N I'm sorry. I know I never talk to you that much anymore but youtube is getting stressful and I want you to know this. No matter what happens I will always be my number one priority to take care of and protect and I will always be by your side even if I can't protect you in time. I promise."
~reality~
He kept his promise. I tried to say his name but nothing came out but you finally managed to choke out
"Jack"
He looked down at you and looked so happy and scared and he had tears in his eyes.
"Y/N Y/N omg yes it's me"
"I....I.." but then I blacked out again. I could hear everything that was going on but I couldn't move or talk.
"WERE LOSING HER STEP ON IT" you heard someone shout. Then I heard screaming, crying, hyperventilating and then it all went quiet.
Why was I able to hear all this but not able to move?
Was I dying?
