35. He cheats on you pt 4

He kept his promise. I tried to say his name but nothing came out but you finally managed to choke out
"Jack"
He looked down at you and looked so happy and scared and he had tears in his eyes.
"Y/N Y/N omg yes it's me"
"I....I.." but then I blacked out again. I could hear everything that was going on but I couldn't move or talk.
"WERE LOSING HER STEP ON IT" you heard someone shout. Then I heard screaming, crying, hyperventilating and then it all went quiet.
Why was I able to hear all this but not able to move?
Was I dying?

Jacks POV
I woke up in a hospital bed with a pounding headache in my head.
What had happened?
I just remembered crying and screaming and then I fainted because I se-

I jumped out of the hospital and ran to the information desk.
"Hello can I help you?" a lady at the desk asked calmly.
"Yes please can you tell me what room Y/F/N is in?!"
"Yes of course, hang on let me check." she slowly typed in her name into the computer.
"She's in room 132 on the second floor but I'm afrai-"
"Thank you so much!" I said as I sprinted off to find her.
"WAIT!" I heard the lady shout but I didn't stop. I couldn't stop.
I ran up a heap of stairs , running around corner after corner always ending up in the wrong place. The room number and floor was so simple how could I not find it.
Then I seen it. Room number 132 at the end of the corridor. I never ran so fast in my life to get there. I ran into the room where no one was and I froze.
She didn't look the same.
Her skin was paler.
Her hair was darker.
She had tear streaks on her face like she had been crying for hours.
Her whole body was covered in tubes and wires and bandages.
I hated it.
I hated seeing her like this.
I hated that she had to go threw al this.
But most of all, I hated the fact that this was all my fault.
"Y...Y/N" I choked out but surely enough she didn't answer.
"What have I done. This is all my fau-"
"Hey your not supposed to be in here!" a doctor came running in.
"Please she's my girlfriend."
well was until you fucked it up. a voice in my head mumbled.
"Please I beg of you let me stay. I need to stay with her in case she wakes up. I need to make sure she's ok. Please"
"I'm sorry sir but visiting hours are over and she needs to be moved from this room so please leave" the doctor said strictly.
"NO I WONT IM NOT GOING TO LEAVE HER"
*sigh*"Ok sir you can have 5 minutes and then you must leave" the doctor said and walked out.
I took one long look at Y/N. I still couldn't believe what I did.
"Y/N." I started
"I know you probably can't hear me and if you can I'm probably the last voice you want to hear but.."

Y/N was in a coma ever since the car crash.1 year past and  Jack came to visit her everyday over them couple of months and rarely got any sleep. They fed Y/N threw tubes and she always looked terrible and in pain and Jack could never do anything. She couldnt wake up to tell him what's wrong and what hurt so he could help.

I came to visit Y/N again and this may be the last.
"This whole thing has been hard on me is well. Probably not as much as you but still very hard. Listen Y/N words can't describe the love I have for you and words also can't describe the pain I get from that but I don't think I can visit you or see you anymore. I'm not brushing you off... I just need to be alone for a while." my words were writing cracked and my eyes started to water.
"Please Y/N".
"I don't know what to do".
"I'm trying. "
"I'm trying as much as I can."
"Please."
"I'm so tired."
I looked at her one last time. I took her hand and planted a kiss on her forehead.
"I love you Y/N and please never forget that. No matter what happens I'll always be here for you. Even if you cant actually see me or hear me or feel me. Know that I am still always with you. Forever and Always."
And with that I left.

I opened my eyes for the first time in forever and a single tear fell out.
"Goodbye Jack. I love you"
