Everyone stares at me for a moment.

Finally Zeke clears his throat.

"When?"

I look him in the eyes. Like Tris said when we were leaving the city to Cara, I respond.

"Tomorrow night."

I have a hard time sleeping. I realize I was in my room the whole time, and Amar actually removed the bullet wound from me. I hear a knock on my door and Cara walks in.

"Hey" she says quietly.

It's really awkward knowing another girls in my room that's not Tris, so I don't say anything for a moment. Finally, I sit up and turn my lamp on. It's around 1am.

She sits on the corner of my bed.

"You know, Christina was really

Upset when you got shot."

I sigh. "I know--"

"No. You don't know."

She interrupts.

"She was upset about you yelling Tris' name. When you got shot, she said she heard a gun-shot and actually picked the lock do she could save you."

She takes a deep breath.

"Then she says she found you on the floor of your bedroom with blood all over. You were saying 'Tris come back' over and over. What's up with you, four?"

I look at her.

"Nothing's 'up with me'. I just.."

I look at my watch. 1:45.

"We need to get going." I say quickly.

I get up and go into the bathroom. I close the door lightly until Cara leaves.

When I'm ready, I meet everyone outside.

"It's David."

Christina says, her lip quivering.

"He never had his mind erased. Now he's taking over peoples lives in the city."

I look at the city, my gun ready.

"Let's do this."
