More than Just a Fan

First date: part 2

Gabe's POV

Sam and I went to the old books store before heading to the park to talk.

"This place is nice."

"I guess."

"So, tell me about yourself Gabe."

"There's not much to tell. Did okay in high school, dropped out of college, lived with my parents. Started watching your show, and went back to college and now I'm almost broke. I have two brothers and a brother-in-law. That's about it. What about you?" I asked. I really wasn't special. I had know idea why the Sam Winchester wanted to go on a date with me.

"Well, most everyone knows my past. Mom died, with my younger brother, Adam. Dad took us on the road a lot, Dean and I became actors after we graduated high school." Sam shrugged.

"I never knew about your brother. I'm so sorry."

"Don't be. I never knew him. I was too young." He shrugged again. Something was bothering him, but I didn't want to ask about it again.

"Off that depressing subject, tell me what does Sam Winchester like. What does he bro like. What can he not stand so I may use it against him in the future." I say over dramatic to lighten the mood. He laughed. God, that laugh was beautiful!

"Well, I love learning and reading. Acting my passion, and my brother annoys the shit out of me. I don't like eating nothing but junk and sweets all the time. I have to have something healthy at least once a day. What about you?" He said.

"What do you mean, you can't eat sweet all day long?! That's all I do!" He laughed at my statement. "Ok. Future, you don't want your candy, give it to me. And don't give me crap about sweets not being good for you. Sugar comes from a plant and so does coco. Milk is also used a lot." He laughed even more.

"Yeah. Sure. You sound like my brother. 'Ketchup's a vegetable'."

"It is though." we both laugh.

"Is that all you like. Candy and sweets and all things unhealthy?"

"No. I kinda like reading the old classic sci-fi stuff. The new stuff's just not as cool as the classics. Same with me movies. I love playing tricks and pranks on people too!"

"I understand you on the classics, but what do u have to do to keep from being pranked by the trickster?"

"Nothing really. Nothing can save you." We laugh and its like that for the rest of the date. Best date of my life!

"Hey Cassie, I'm back!" I yell

"How was the date?" Cas asked.

"Amazing! I wished it never ended."

"Same with my date with Dean." Cas swoons over he memory.

"I'm going to get a shower. We were in the park all day."

"Alright. Be ready by dinner. Lucifer and Michael are coming."

"Goodie!" I say sarcastically.

How was that? I didn't know what to do from that point of the date. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
