"I don't understand why you're leaving." Gerard mumbled, watching you pack your bags. "I have to G..." you whimpered, biting your lip to keep from crying. "It's for the best.." you'll always love Gerard. You knew that, he'd always hold a special place in your heart. He'd always be your frist true love. But this is something that had to be done. Especially now.
"No its not!!" he protested, tears breaking into his voice and dripping down his cheeks. "Please Y/n....at least let me help..." the desperation in his voice broke you're heart. "You're a user Gerard...how to you expect to help when you're strung out?" that hurt both of you, but it was the truth.
"I can change!" he protested, "I can!-" "No you can't Gerard." you sighed, cutting him off. "Save your breath. I've heard it all before.." you wiped tears from your eyes as you closed your suitecase and started for the door.
"You don't have to do this..." he whimpered, shaking his head. "Yes, I do.." you informed him, opening the door. "For our baby..."
With that, you walked out the door, the sound of his sobs still ringging in your ears. You knew this was the right choice though. Your child deserved better then a drug addict dad...
