We all need easy friends. Even the most problematic people need someone thats just easy to talk to, easy to get along with, and easy to open up to.

Thus was the case for young Mikey Way. Sure, he had problems, tons of em, and was more than a little private about his life, but that didn't mean he didn't want a friend. Someone to be able to talk to and dick around wtih.

Sure, he had his brother, Gerard, and he loved him dearly, but you cant exactly talk to family about family issues. So was his dilemma. Mikey was 89.38 percent sure, he was probably gonna die alone, full of unshared thoughts and ideas.

But then came a girl. Someone right out of left field, that he never expected to talk to him. She came at the most randomest of times too. The middle of fucking gym.

It was dodgeball day, a day Mikey dreaded, Every. Freaking. Year. Then again, Mikey dreaded gym in general. He wouldn't have even been taking it if his father didn't make him.

He wasn't the most athletic of kids, and pain was not something he enjoyed. So, like every year, to avoid getting pumpled to death by jocks so insecure about their dick size they need to pumble the little guy, he hid under the bleachers.

Only this time there was a girl their. "Um, hi?" she asked, smiling a little as Mikey crawled his way through the gap in the seats. He was shocked, and whiped his head to her a little too fast, causing him to hit it against a bar. "SHit!..hi." he mumbled, rubbing his head as she laughed.

"You ok?" "yea, I think...what are you doing her? This is boys gym." the girl shrugged, flipping her h/c hair. "Trying to avoid 3rd hour. I fucking hate Ms.Jones." Mikeys eyes got wide as he heard that name.

"I fucking hate Kimberly." he growled. She was his least favorite teacher. She was always getting onto him for no reason! Like when Ray was on his phone in class, sitting next to Mikey, and Mikey was writing a song in his notebook. Fucking Kimberly Jones yells at Mikey to get off his phone, when he didn't even have it out! "I dont blame you for skipping."

The girl nodded, "yea, she sucks. I think she has a litteral rat up her ass. What about you Tiger? What are you doing under here?"

Mikey shrugged, nervously pushing his glasses on his face. "I hate gym. It sucks so hard." he mumbled shyly. "Then why take it?" She inquired softly, courious eyes scanning him. "My dad wants jocks for sons. I think hes mad he got an Artist and Music Junkie instead."

"Nah, hes probably not mad persay, just...lightly salted." the girl joked, causing Mikey to actually laugh. It wasnt even that funny as a joke on its own, just the way she said it.

They talked like this for the entire hour. Everything from shallow stuff about hating school, to their personal philosophies and what they thought it met to grow up. It had been a long time, if ever, sense Mikey could just talk to someone like this. For the first time ever he was actually disappointed when the bell rang.

"Well fuck." the girl sighed. "Meet back here tomorrow?" Mikey smiled at her request. "Totally." he said as they started to part ways. "Hey, wait, whats your name?" he asked.

"Y/N" the girl smiled. "Later Mikey." Mikey smiled amd looked down. "Later Y/N-WAIT. How do you know my na-?!" he looked up mid sentence to find she was gone. That was so weird, yet, intriguing. Mikey didnt want to admit it, but he couldn't wait for gym class tomorrow.

Looks like he finally found his easy friend.
