"No way! I got in!" Alex squealed from where she was, staring at the acceptance letter in her hand, long before Lothor had attacked. Alex had talked with her uncle on what she would have liked to do after she had graduated as a full time ninja. And of course the younger Alex had no clue and had asked her Sensei on advice of what would be the next step for her besides college and where she could go if she wanted to continue her training. Of course he had listed a few other academies she could have transferred too once she had finished training at the wind academy. One of them was the Pai Zhuq Or also known as The Order of the Claw. She had remembered her Sensei explaining to her all about the Temple and what it was she would have been trained in and how far her training would have progressed. Of course there was also going to the Thunder academy to teach which she had thought about since Amino had asked her to think about it, since she was the fire element in the team. And the one that had accepted her; the Phai Zao academy liked the recommendation she had received from Sensei/ Uncle and they were more than willing for her to train with them to progress her techniques further in the Fire defense. And they had already told her she was going to be meeting one of their scouts soon for an interview and to discover her inner animal spirit.
And she knew she was going to be the Fox. After all it was her folding Zord. Her folding zord was sitting in her room sitting on the vanity, and as she looked at it she remembered the day they went and found the folding Zord of her mother and Jay's dad. And as a fire ninja she had training at least in the elemental side, but she knew her animal inside of her was a fox. Now it was up to her, if she agreed to take them up on her offer, then the moment she graduated from the Wind Academy she would be leaving Blue Bay Harbor and travelling to another academy far from her home. This meant leaving the place she calls home and travelling to a new place; it also meant leaving her friends and family behind for who knew how long. Alex looked down at the note and saw it was signed by Master Mao, her hopefully new sensei told her to look for a young man named Jason(And no not Jason from Mighty morphin lol). Alex also thought about leaving the place she had called home, but she looked down at a note book and smiled as she kept thinking about all of this. With a heavy sigh, Alex placed the letter on the many folders in front of her before she scooped them up and hurried into the main room of the apartment and she was living in the fact she was reading more about the packet she was sent. The letter was long and she was reading the parts of the rest of the writings which she was glad for a handwritten letter it was wonderfully written.
The folders held the restocking lists and financial reports that she had been working through over night, especially since she was learning more about the rest of the night. She had counted how much stock she and Kelly had in the store and making note of what needed to be reordered and what didn't. The financial reports were more along the lines of how well the store was doing moneywise; it was also Dustin, Hunter and Blake's pay checks how much they were being paid, when they were being paid. Being a straight 'A' student in most of her subjects the office business was mostly left to Alex as Kelly worked the shop floor. Sometimes she wished she could just breath and take in more of what she was doing. She had done this since she and Aria had placed money in the story and obtained enough to pay for college but they worked hard and knew it was a good thing as they kept working thinks. And knew it was one thing she was getting use to and most people would get a headache looking at the information she did once every two weeks and helped balance out to the basic tills of everyday. Storm Charges didn't run on its own and as part owner of the store it was up to Alex to make sure everything was running smoothly with the money and everything else. While Kelly, was left to deal with the purchases and sales. They had a good system, and everything was done according to plan. She always was this way toward Alex since she moved in with her uncle at the Academy. Which was great for her, mainly because it helped her keep her averages up in all of her classes. Plus basic money math was good for keeping up her math grades- no really it helped a lot except in her geometry class that one was long nights with Cam.
