Chapter 2

I woke up the next morning from very loud music coming from outside the house. Surprise! The dolans house was banging with music. I couldn't fall back
a sleep so I just grabbed my phone to check the time. It was 6:30 but school doesn't start till 7:55 so I'll just get ready and actually eat breakfast today.

" sweetie I'll be right back. I'm gonna go tell the neighbors next door to turn it down." My mom said with the most tired voice.

" no wait mom! I'll go! " I didn't actually want to go but I had to. It's. Embarrassing. *

Ethans POV:
I woke up this morning and decided to put some music on. When I turned on the speaker, I didn't realize the volume was set to MAX... Oops. I was upstairs so I had to run downstairs to grab the speaker without ruining my eardrum. *knock knock*. I heard someone knocking on the door... I hope it's not a neighbor coming to complain. Those are the worst.

ALEX'S POV***

As I got closer to the the dolans house, my ear drum was getting worse. But im glad my mom didn't come over here.
I knock on the door and in 4 seconds the door opens . It's Ethan. Gosh he looks so hot.
" woah.." I mumbled. I'm glad he didn't hear me. Hence the loud music. I gave him a sign to turn down the music. He understood and turned it down.

" hey I'm sorry. But I'm sure you just woke the whole neighborhood up" I said with a smile

" oh yeah probably. Sorry about that. I didn't know the speaker was at max volume..."

" it's okay but just make sure next time." I said

" I'll see you later." I made my way back home. But then I heard someone call my name. It was Ethan!
" tell your mom I said sorry!" He yelled across the street
" OKAY" I yelled back .

ETHANS POV:
That was embarrassing. But I'm glad she was the one to come over. She's chill. If her mom would've come instead of her, I would be grounded by now. There's something about Alex that puts me in a good mood. Her laugh? The way that she doesn't take everything up the ass? Who knows...

ALEX'S POV:
I went back to my room. I didn't bother to go back to sleep. It was 6:40 and I should've been getting up by now. 1 minute later my Annoying alarm goes off.
" yeah.. Thanks for the wake up." I said to my alarm.
I head to my bathroom to brush my teeth and to wash my face. I put on a little makeup. I don't put much on, I go the natural way, with just lightly filling in my brows, mascara, and lip moisturizer. I go to my closet and pick out some ripped faded jeans that stuck with the dress code, a white t-shirt and a burgundy bomber jacket with my black vans. I straightened my hair and braided my crown parts and pinned them back. I grabbed my phone and bag then headed down stairs. Hence I woke up early and got ready pretty fast, I decided to actually eat breakfast today.
" mom went to the store while you were getting ready. So your gonna have to just stick to cereal." Said my brother Jason.

" ugh the one time I actually come to enjoy a nice breakfast, there is none." I ate cereal but there was hardly any milk.
After I finished my breakfast it was already 7:33 I had to leave. Making my way to school I noticed the twins walking out of their house. I kept walking, acting like I didn't notice them. I don't know why.

GRAYSONS POV:
Another day. Hopefully things will be better today. Loosing my seat isn't a big deal anymore plus Alex seems to be a nice girl so I might as well give her a shot.
" GRAYSON! COME ON BUDDY WE'RE GONNA BE LATE TO SCHOOL" said Ethan
" IM COMING " I ran down stairs to see Ethan waiting for me. I head out the house and see her. I see Alex walking to school. She looks nice.

ETHANS POV:
As I was walking out the house with Grayson I saw him looking at something or someone. It was Alex. Does he hate her? Does he like her?She's so sweet and beautiful. Gosh, she looks so gorgeous today. Wait a minute.. Do I like her? Nah.
" Hey Alex!" I shouted
