Alice and Ace

This is Just the Beginning

Alice POV

Pattering the floor footsteps run across the empty road, he's gasping  for breath as he runs father away from death , Fear pushing him, he knows he's not gonna make it but still he tries       

I  Laugh at that thought,Finally we corner him

"PLEASE" He screams " I'll give you anything, money, fame , Ill give you all I have if you just spare me"

"Ahhhh, but you know the rules" Ace says trying to hold in his laughter, I look him straight in the eyes

" Pick a card" I say with a smirk

 We show him the same deck of cards, Fear is clearly shown in his eyes as he slowly picks A card then color drains from his face , all hope lost from his eyes. Then he throws down the card and runs for a last attempt for survival. Ace easily grabs on to the collar of his suit, as I calmly pick up his card and it reveals a two of hearts.

" Well I guess your luck ran out" I say with a sick smile

" will you do the honor my dear friend" ace says

" of course my slave"  I say trying not to laugh then Ace replies with a dark glare 

I quickly pull out a long sword and swiftly decapitate the man

   As you see we are kind of assassins,  Famous assassins, Alice and Ace, that is the title the reporters gave us, and we liked the name so we used them. Hence the game we just played, it goes like this,  Anything lower than a seven dies anything higher up to a ten lose a limb except when you get a face card or ace live those are baby are you only put two of them in the entire deck and lots of twos,threes ,fours ,and fives ,some sixes and three sevens.  Two nines, three eights. So your chances are living a quite low
 
"Don't get too Carried Away, Alice"Ace tells me looking annoyed with me
"I  can't help it "I replied  grinning
"we should be getting back now before those annoying cops get here"
"I don't understand why they're so mad about killing this guy, he was a pretty big problem to the world and we just exterminated him "
"we shouldn't  be talking we murder people for a living"
I laugh "true"
" I get to kill the next one, though  "
"K-K"

     I love Ace he understand me so well ,from the killings Sprees ,just to plain food.
We start climbing up the building as we reached the the top we swiftly jump from building top to building top right too The 5 star hotel we climbed in the window and jumped right into bed
"I'm pooped" I say"and hungry I want food"
"We have to wait for the money to come in tonight at midnight, since you decided to spend our money in one night"
"what the party was fun"

" And expensive"

"And worth it"

" Just go to sleep " He says  

We woke up early in the morning to leave for the commotion starts and everyone start realizing there's a murder in the town so we will start leaving after collecting the money we go to the bus stop and start driving wait next destination,we go from town to town every night killing those we hate and those associate with our pasts(and sometimes when we get paid for killing, well most the time, what we need to eat and they pay well )I love moving around I hate staying in one place at once it's boring and  to me this was the Dreamlife with my boyfriend and the rush killing

  As we walk out of the building I ask
"what's the next town"
"Boston" Ace answered
I Sigh "another city"
"Yes and this man works for the ones who captured and tortured us, he currently works as a teacher at elementary school"
"Can we go undercover as elementary schoolers I love looking at the face of those saw our murders" I start giggling uncontrollably
"I want to see his face when he looks at us as we slowly kill him and his family also on a unrelated note what does he teach"
"Science"
And evil grin spreads across my face as I think of different ways to kill him
"so many weapons in that room I can't wait to figure out what I can do with him"
"Alice you know the rules we first have to give him the chance and it's my turn to kill"
"can i least torture him a little bit?"
"Alice"he gave me a warning glance
"fine"I say rudely
He smirks
And I smile
"Next stop ,Boston"I yell loudly
Ace hits me
And I laugh
We walk off into the street as we go to kill our next victim
