I've been roaming these woods for many years, I know it like the back of my paw. The chilling winds were closing in, soon time for hibernation once more. I quickly scrambled through the waters of a nearby river, not too far from home. A fish went straight into my mouth, I locked my teeth but not too deep to make it fall into pieces. I started to prance my way back with the fish still wiggling, I'm not a fish kind of a person, but my cubs will have to feed on it for now. I entered my home, a pretty big cave, warm enough to survive. I could hear my cubs scrambling through leaves, they have a good sense of smell. I sat down and let go of the fish in mouth, I didn't eat anything, I ensured I had a big meal before feeding them. When my four little cubs were rested and well fed, I wrapped my tail around them, I wrapped my tail around four baby turtles, mutants, keeping them warm.
