The sun rose over Los Angeles and victor had just woken up. It was Seven A.M. and his wife had the day off.
Victor had gone into the kitchen to cook breakfast. He grabbed all the materials needed and began to make omlettes.
His wife walked over to him and kissed his cheek.
" 'Morning honey." Said Amber
"Good morning. Want an omlette?"
"Does it have bell peppers?"
"Of course"
"Then yes, and add more cheese on mine"
"No problem"
Victor finished the omlettes and served breakfast. Him and his wife ate and watched the news.
The news reporter began talking "As the war continues more and more people fear the terrorist group who call themselves, the prophecy, are growing more and more and becoming a greater threat. Some fear that they will attack, while others do not believe this theory. In other news....."
"What a load of crap, they won't dare coming to America."
"You never know, maybe they're hiding in the shadows waiting to attack" said Amber, as she ate her breakfast.
"You're joking right? Them against the U.S. army? Ha, we will always be number one. Now i gotta head off to work, love you."
Victor kissed his wife and left to his job as a car dealer.
When he got to work, he saw his friend Joseph. Joseph had been the mechanic for all the cars that Victor sells for about five years. Throughout those years, Victor and Joseph had become best friends and would do everything together.
"Hey, Victor!" Shouted Joseph
"How you doin Joe?"
"Oh I'm doin good, my leg's been actin up, I keep getting cramps in my leg that wont go away."
"You gettin old on me already, Joe?"
"Shut up and go sell those cars."
Victor laughed as he went to his office.
A few hours pass and Victor is doing paperwork when he hears loud bangs, but he thinks nothing of it and goes back to his paperwork. More bangs happen and finally he gets up to see what's happening.
He walks out into the center of the dealership and people are running. Victor's confused and tries to figure out what's happening. He walks around and suddenly, Joseph runs to him and yells
"Victor, we gotta go, they attacked the military base and now theyre dropping men in to capture everyone"
"What? Who?"
"The Prophecy, they attacked and now they're taking the city, we have to go."
Victor runs to his office and grabs his car keys and leaves with Joseph.
The two of them drive to Victor's house to get Amber. They see her packing through the window when suddenly a plane drops bombs all over the neighborhood, and before Victor could start to run, Joseph pulled him down and held him. A bomb drew closer to the house and blew up. The house was blown to pieces and glass was shattered everywhere.
Victor was yelling and finally got up and ran to the remains of the house. Everything was on fire and smoke was everywhere. Victor dropped to his knees and screamed into the air.
Joseph pulled him up and told him them they had to leave. Victor pushed him away
"Why'd you stop me!?" He shouted as tears ran down his face, but no sadness was seen on his face. He was filled with anger."Why didn't you let me go!?"
"I didn't want you to die, I didn't want to lose my bestfriend!"
"And I didn't want to lose my wife!"
Joseph looked down and sighed. "We have to go. They'll be here soon."
Victor wiped away the tears
"We cant take the car, we need to walk or they'll see us"
"But they have the city filled with militia, how will we get past?"
"Just follow me and we'll make it, but for right now, we need to find somewhere to hide. I have a bunker, beneath my office, we'll go there."
The two began their walk to the car dealership and saw smoke everywhere and heard sirens all around." Finally they made it to the bunker and hid for the night to rest.
