Andrew's POV
When the bell rang I finally let go of Tabitha. She's my sign. Tabitha then gently put her hand on my cheek and used her thumb to wipe my tears. Her eyes were puffy and red and I bet mine were too.
"Promise me, promise me that if you need anything tell me, please." She says searching my face for an answer.
"I promise." I say but I wasn't sure if I could keep that promise to her.
"Andrew." She said frowning. She looked cute when she was mad her nose scrunched up and her eyes shone a little brighter like she could take on a bull even though she's a small girl.
"Andrew, don't lie to me, promise?" She said holding up her pinkie finger. I hesitated for a second, but then brought my pinkie up to hers.
"I promise." I say connecting our pinkies. Tabitha then smiled.
"Thank you" she says.
____________________________After first period I ran into Tori again. She sightly annoyed me, but it was nice to talk to someone, other than just Tabitha.
"Andrew!" Tori says holding out a card. She handed it to me, it was a blue card with green letters saying you're invited.
"What is this?" I say stopping in the middle of the hallway.
"Michael invited me to a party, he gave me that card and said I could invite a couple people to come, so I was thinking-" she says, but I interrupted her with a laugh.
"That's okay Tori I don't do parties," I say. Tori was a head shorter than me, and when I glanced above her head I saw Tabitha. Tabitha was waiting in front of the stairs. Tori must of seen I wasn't paying attention to her so she turned to see what I was staring at.
In those few seconds I saw Tabitha's face turn into a mixture between shock and pure fear. Tori's body tensed when she saw Tabitha. Tori started toward Tabitha her hands clenched into fists.
I walked to Tori and tried to pull her sleeve so I could se her face but she wouldn't stop she kept going.
"What the hell?" Tori says. Tabitha took a step back.
"Why are you here?" I could here the disgust in Tori's voice.
"I'm sorry!" Tabitha said reaching out to Tori. Tori pointed a finger at Tabitha.
"No. That is not good enough you-you." Tori's voice wavered. One kid I had in Geometry ran up the stairs, I think his name was Dylan?
The boy named Dylan ran up behind Tabitha and tried to pull her back mumbling something in her ear, but Tori grabbed Tabitha's wrest without taking her eyes off of her.
"What the heck is the matter?" I say. Tori started crying. Crying? What the heck is going on, how do they even know each other?
"You did this! It was all your fault! Ever since she met you she changed!" Tori yelled. People were starting to gather around to see what was happening.
"You bitch." Tori said.
"I-I never-I lov-" Tabitha tried to mumble out. Tori turned and pushed through The crowd of people and walked away
Dylan wrapped an arm around Tabitha and pushed throw the crowd of people. I turned and toward Tori.
"What just happened?" I say grabbing Tori by the shoulder and pushing through the wall of people that surrounded us.
"Nothing," she said walking faster than me. I grabbed her hand before she could leave.
"It obviously wasn't nothing." I say releasing her hand. She then backed up to a locker a slid to her knees. This was ridiculous, why wouldn't anyone tell me what's happening.
"That bitch killed Jess Woodrow. Tabitha killed my sister." She said covering her face.
Tori blamed Tabitha for for Jess's death.
Tori Woodrow, and Jess Woodrow
