I looked at the comment from Audrey and my eyes widened, sure we'd sent snapchats to each other and spoke on the phone but we had never gotten around to face timing each other yet, I mean I don't know why I was freaking out so much. Friends face time all the time! But I wanted - no, it didn't matter. I grabbed my food and sat on my bed. I texted Audrey telling her that I was ready to FaceTime. She told me to wait a few minutes, so I put the tv on, which happened to be showing How To Get Away with Murder, I put it on a low setting and started eating my pizza. All of a sudden my phone was going off and I was on the FaceTime to Audrey. She was laughing as I was finishing chewing my slice of pizza. "I wasn't ready! I look awful" I said, still holding the pizza. "No you don't, you look realistic babe" she said. I could feel my cheeks heat up and I put my pizza down. "So uh, why do you have a scratch on your cheek?" I asked, looking at her face. "Oh, I tried to hold a bonding session between Noah and his Cat" "His cat scratched you?" "No, he did." I laughed, as Audrey shook her head. For some reason, it just made me laugh. More than it should have to be honest. "Noah has some claws on him then" Audrey nodded as she took a sip of her drink. She looked into the camera and we were silent for a couple of moments. She then asked me questions about my vlogging, how the film is going, how the flight was etc. We must have been face timing for a while, but I didn't care. I felt like this was what I needed. It wasn't awkward, it was just nice.
-------- Okay, so I think I might have 10 chapters before they meet??? Like she's just arrived in Maine + she still has Los Angeles to go. So I'll figure it out!
