Chapter 12

Josue teleports in front of Lucas and tries to punch him but Lucas,now always glowing yellow, catches it. A few seconds later Josue's hand starts to smolder in Lucas's grip. "What!?" Josue then kicks Lucas in the leg making Lucas let go of his hand. Josue then teleports above Lucas and brings his leg down on Lucas's head blasting him down. Josue then jumps off his head in a back flip. Lucas instantly appears where Josue was going to land and pulls off the top of his cane to reveal a blade made of time hidden inside the cane, cogs and clocks swirling around the blade. He tries to slash Josue, but Josue catches the blade while in the air. Moments after catching the blade his fingers start smoldering. "dude what the hell is this!" Josue lets go of blade as the chains on Lucas's sword arm wrap around Josue and hold him in place. "ahhhhhhhh!" Smoke starts to appear where the chains are touching Josue's body as his skin smolder and his clothes start to get incinerated where the chains touch him. Lucas throws the sword in his other hand and prepares to thrust it at Josue as he struggles to get free. Back at the door , Claire and Jill have gotten ready to attempt destroying the door again "okay let's do this." Malcolm looks worried as they finish getting ready. 'damn looks like he can use it in combat'. Malcolm then looks up at the sisters, Claire is shown holding a laser cannon and Jill is ready to fire more light lasers. "okay start firing your beams." Claire's cannon shoots a red laser beam and Jill fires her lasers without smiling at the door. It starts to crack slightly after a few moments of constant damage. 'okay at this rate it'll be done in thirty minutes.' Malcolm then smirks at the thought he picked up from Lucas. 'need to keep your thoughts in check Lucas.' Back at the fight, Josue manages to dodge the thrust and teleport free of the chains. Josue then teleports in front of Lucas and launches a volley of physical blows that all connect viciously staggering Lucas. Josue then grabs Lucas's sword and stabs him in the chest, following the sword thrust by kicking the sword deeper into Lucas. As Lucas tries to recover Josue kicks him in the face sending him flying towards a wall. Lucas hits the wall so hard all the dust in area fills the room, blocking Josue's vision from seeing Lucas. Lucas pulls the sword out of himself as the dust in front of him covers his vision. "this sword can never hurt me Josue." Lucas smiles as he wipes blood of his mouth and Josue blasts away some of the dust. They stare each other down as the dust clears. "such a violent assault and barely any blood or sign of injury." Josue smiles at Lucas as Lucas begins to spin his sword. "this is going to be a lot harder than I thought." Lucas straightens himself up to get ready to charge forward. "what can i say, healing powers remember?" Josue and Lucas charge and Lucas's fist clashes with Josue's fist. Back at the door, "Claire we have to go full power." Claire looks at Jill while still firing her cannon. "fine then, i'll do a quick burst." Claire's cannon gets bigger and starts firing plasma as Jill Gets mad and intensifies the beams power to it's max. The door breaks almost instantly as Claire collapses, blood coming out of her eyes and mouth as she falls backwards. "Claire!" Jill starts to run towards sister but, Malcolm grabs her hand and starts dragging/carrying her through the door. "she'll live but we need to get rid of that bomb to insure that." They run through the door and see the time bomb in the middle of the room. "OK so whenever you're ready Jill." Jill looks at him with an amusing glance. "Alright Malcolm stand right here, i don't want to accidentally blast you." She grabs Malcolm's shoulder and then encases the room in a white light. The white light disappears and the bomb is gone. "There we go all done." She says with a smile that Malcolm returns. The clash between Josue and Lucas raged on at blinding speeds before Lucas gets knocked back. Lucas looks seriously injured and tired. Josue looks tired and has burns all over his body. "how can you be standing after that beating?" Lucas looks shocked at Josue's question. "I can heal myself back as many times as i want but since this fight is over, I'm sorry about your jacket." Josue puts both his hands behind his back creating a huge energy orb behind him. "you're right, this fight is over!" Josue splits the orb in half  into each palm. Lucas puts his hands in front of him to shield himself. Then he coughs up blood before he transforms into regular Lucas. "That's not good." Lucas looks scared at Josue, who's still fused, stand still. The energy disappears along with Josue's pupils. Lucas looks at him weirdly. "Josue?" Lucas walks over to the still Josue and waves his hand in his face. "Okay so this is really weird i didn't freeze you." Josue's body shakes and blood flies everywhere. Lucas blinks his eyes, wipes the blood off his face and looks at the blood covered surroundings. "Okay so i'm gonna go now, don't explode or whatever till i leave." Lucas then glows yellow and heads towards the bomb room. "Okay so let's see if the bomb is still there." Lucas runs past Claire's limp body, stopping for a moment. "And i didn't even have to fight her or hit her this time." Lucas appears in the bomb room to see Jill sitting down legs crossed and Malcolm on his phone, leaning on a wall, looking calm. "oh don't get up on my account." They both turn shocked to see a severely injured Lucas. Lucas glows yellow and slams Malcolm's face into a wall but is too weak to actually hurt him, shocking Lucas. Malcolm and Claire look at him with huge grins as Lucas sighs. "this is going to hurt, isn't it."
