I wake up to someone shaking me awake gently and whispering "Amanda dear wake up." I roll over and open my eyes to find gold ones look back at me, "Morning mom." I whisper and sit up slowly, she smiles and rubs my cheek.
I get up and walk to my bathroom, I start the shower and wash my teeth, pull my hair into a bun, I then enter my shower and let the Luke warm water hit my body, I let a relieved sigh and close my eyes, I feel tears escape my eyes and choke a sob, I place a silencing charm around the room and bathroom and lean against the glass and cry.
Once I'm more calm I wash my body and turn the water off, I reach for my fluffy towel and wrap it around my body tightly before walking into my bedroom getting dressed in a pair of ripped jeans, a white blouse and grabbing my off shoulder black jacket. I then put my ankle high boots and pull my hair out of the bun, brush it lightly and grab some hair from the sides of my face and pull them back tying it tightly. Once that's done I start my makeup smiling at the mirror, not seeing a vampire but a normal girl who is in her senior year.
My eyes shift my my engagement ring and I sigh, wishing I could see him, be with him, kiss him, him, my mate, Niklaus Mikaelson, I shake those thoughts of my head and get up and walk down to the kitchen, I pass Rosalie and Emmett in the living room kissing and growl, they instantly spring apart and I grab Rosalie pulling her with me making her kinda whimper and Emmett stand up growling, I place Rosalie behind me and growl at him, baring my fangs and my eyes changing, he stops growling and looks at me scared.
I continue walking to the kitchen with Rosalie. "Why do you always growl when Emmett and I are kissing?" she asks pouting, "Rosebud, you're still a little baby." I explain, she shakes her head, I sit at the table as mom places pancakes on my plate, I smile at her and start eating my breakfast.
"I still can't wrap my head around the fact that you eat food. Nor the fact that you are half cold one, half night walker." I hear Edward say and think 'Of course you don't dumbass.', he looks at me shocked and sticks his tongue out at me, I giggle and flip him the finger, "Amanda manners!" dad says as he enters the kitchen, I smile sheepishly and hop down from the stool and walk downstairs to the garage and enter my car.
