The sun was setting. Tyler was sitting on the small balcony, sipping his tea, and enjoying the last golden rays of sunshine dancing on his skin. The view from the balcony wasn't that great, there were just trees everywhere and the mountains on the horizon, but he was okay with it. He liked simple things.
The peaceful moment was interrupted by a loud whistle. The blonde boy jumped up a little in surprise. The noise came from the direction of Josh and AJ's cabin, so he looked that way. Sure enough, the two of them were standing in front of their cabin, waving at Tyler. "We're doing a bonfire! Let Nick and Michael know!" AJ shouted at him, and then they walked towards Ty and Skyler's cabin. The blonde boy just sighed, drank the rest of his tea in one gulp and got up. He stretched and then turned around, deciding to tell Nick first. He found him in the bedroom. He was laying on his bed, watching a movie on his laptop. "Hey, the guys are doing a bonfire. Do you want to join us?" Tyler asked, leaning against the doorframe. "Sure, I'll be out in like, ten minutes, okay?" the older boy smiled sweetly.

He is so nice! How could someone like him be a bad person?

Tyler just smiled back and nodded, turning around and running down the stairs. When he exited the cabin, he saw Michael sitting on a bench next to his cabin. "Hey, Michael! The guys are doing a bonfire, they told me to let you know!" he shouted from the doorstep. The older boy just looked his way and smiled, nodding.
The door of the cabin across Michael's one opened, and the boys all stepped out, holding some paper, wood, and matches. "Michael! Could you please get more wood from the forest?" Sky asked with his typical smile playing on his lips. The tall boy nodded and got up with a groan. "I can help you!" Tyler suggested and jogged towards the boy. Michael just shrugged and started to walk towards the forest, the younger boy trailing behind him. They entered the forest in silence. The older boy began to pick up old wood from the ground, keeping his distance from Tyler.

What is wrong? He's acting weird. Is it me? Or is it Nick? Or the guys?

"Michael? Are you mad?" the blonde boy muttered after a few minutes of silence. The tall boy just turned around with raised eyebrow. "Uh-No? Should I be mad?" he asked with a puzzled expression. "N-no, I just-You seem kinda out of it." Tyler explained sheepishly. "Oh. I just don't feel very well today, that's all." The older boy said, a small smile that didn't reach his eyes appearing on his lips. Tyler just smiled back and shrugged. "Okay then. Let's get some wood."

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

An hour later, everyone was sitting in a circle around the fire. They were chatting, laughing, drinking, and just enjoying the night. It was already completely dark, and the air was cold. The only source of light were the tall, red flames. The warm orange light was slightly illuminating Tyler's soft skin, and Michael couldn't stop staring at the boy for the last five minutes.

He's just so beautiful. I can't help but stare.

"Guys! We should play Never have I ever!" Ty shouted suddenly. "But I don't wanna drink!" Tyler pouted, and Michael almost melted on the spot. But then he noticed that Nick was looking right at him, with a dark frown on his face, and he immediately looked away.

Okay, that was fucking creepy.

"But Tyler, you are the most innocent person on the planet. You're gonna have like, one shot, maximum. Don't be a bore!" Sky encouraged the blonde boy, giving him a shot of a suspiciously smelling clear liquid. The boy just frowned, but took the small plastic cup anyway. The rest of the guys poured their shots, too.
"Okay, I'm gonna start." AJ announced as he sat down on his spot. "Never have I ever smoked weed." He said. Ty and Nick drank their shots. "Ty? You forgot to tell me about that?" Sky chuckled with raised eyebrows. "It was like five years ago, in high school. I'm not even sure if it was weed." Ty explained and shrugged.
The blonde boy was curious about Nick's story.
