Prettier Than Roses

Chapter 1

"My Name Is Hoshizora, Rin" the strawberry blonde said, introducing herself slightly nervous.

After introducing herself she sat back down and laid her head down slowly drifting off. She let out a yawn and next thing she hears is the bell ringing, which of course woke her up some what.

Her wardrobe was a cat hoodie with a white T-shirt underneath and jeans, not showing any curves that she had. She, herself was slightly curvy, but she is a bit self conscious about herself, but she'd never admit it.

She walked down the halls her cat hoodie over her head and her hands shoved into the pockets of the hoodie and sighed.

As always, she wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone causing all of their books to scatter. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry here let me help you" Rin said almost panicked.

The person was a female with short brownish blondish hair that shaped her face perfectly. She wore a frilly white shirt and jeans.

She kneeled to the ground and touched the same paper that Rin was about to pick up causing their hands to touch. "You don't have to help, it's ok" she said in a shy soft voice. "B-but I wasn't paying attention so I should help" she said causing the other female to somewhat blush.

They where soon finished picking up the papers and books, Rin stood up whipping a bit of sweat off her forehead and then sighed "I'm really sorry for not paying attention" She said kindly "My names Rin" She said holding out her hand "yours is?" The other female took her hand slowly and smiled nervously "Mines Hanayo, it's nice to meet you." She said walking away.

Rin stood their for a few moments and then she started to walk in the opposite direction.

A few hours later, and lunch began. Rin sat at a table alone placing her trey on the table a bit ticked off with the lunch ladies. She sat down on the hard yellow chair and started to eat the soggy fries with an angered expression.

Soon, a girl who seemed to be a 1st year came over to the table "Are you the person who yelled at the lunch ladies?" The female asked.

She had black hair that was tied into pig tails, which where tied with bows and she wore a black T-shirt that said something basic in pink letters, she also wore capri's that showed her smooth legs.

"Uh, yea" she replied in a confused tone. "Oh my god" she said in a pricky white girl voice and sat across from Rin.

"My name's Nico, I'd like to be friends." She said with somewhat of a smirk. Rin perked up and smiled "Hi! My name's Rin, I'm a first year." Nico laughed some what "I'm a Third Year" Rin's eyes somewhat widened "But you look so young!" Nico used a hand and waved it a bit "I get that alot" she replied with a slight blush. "Anyways, you should come over to my table and meet my friends" she stated standing up waiting for Rin's response. The strawberry blonde stood up and grabbed her trey and walked to the table with Nico.

Once they got to the table Nico sat next to a red head and Rin sat next to Nico. "Rin" Nico brought up "This is Maki" She said pointing to the red head next to her "That's Eli" she pointed to the blonde with her hair in a ponytail "And next to her is Nozomi" She said pointing to the girl with large purple pigtails tied in scrunchies. "Girls, Meet Rin, our new friend" she said with a wink.

Nozomi gave Rin a kind smile "Greetings Rin, It's nice to make your acquaintance." Maki rolled her eyes "Yo?" She said giving a peace sign. Eli just stayed silent.

The day ended quickly and before she knew it, Rin was out. She had given Nozomi, Maki, Eli, And Nico her number ad she learned later that day that she had joined a popular group, she was super excited about that.

Rin was now walking home opening facebook and updated her status "Just had an amazing first day of school :3" Suddenly, she felt someone tap her shoulder and she yelped dropping her phone in a puddle "fuck" she whispered and picked it up looking to see who had snook up on her. She saw her new friend, Nozomi. "Christ, was it necessary to sneak up on me?" She said with a slight whine. "Very" Nozomi replied with a short laugh.

The two girls started to walk to their homes and apparently they lived right across from eachother, and Maki lived next to Nozomi.

Rin not only had friends at school, but also friends in her neighborhood, today was just the absolute best, but there are bad days too, and Rin had forgotten that.
