Chapter Ten- A Challenge

     "Alaisa for the love of the Goddess, either share the bed or the covers, you cannot have both! And turn the alarm off!" A man spoke to me and rocked me by the shoulders.

      "Huh? What?" I sputtered as I sat upright in bed and pushed the lump beside me with all my might and jumped out of my bed, knife i placed under my pillow in my hand, and legs spread in a fighting stance. The lump of man collided to the ground in a loud crash and screamed, "Hey!" and immediately  jumped up too. Once upright I realized who the lump was, and I started laughing. I sheathed my knife into the holster around my thigh  that I only took off to shower.

     "What exactly is so funny?" he demanded which only made me laugh harder. I laughed and laughed until I noticed...Dimitri was naked.

     "Oh my god!" I yelled and covered my eyes only to hear him chuckle.But little did he know..I might have peaked. Oh my...he is so sexy. I purred to my wolf. She was still asleep and she jumped to life and started rubbing against my insides and purring.

       "Why are you naked?" I shouted.

     "Did you expect me to sleep in tuxedo pants all night?" he laughed. "You can open your eyes now, I am covered."

     "You could've slept in your underwear, not nude. So I would like the truth please." I peaked, once again, through my fingers and he was in his underwear, so I lowered my hands and he was smirking at me. "Hello?" I said when he didn't answer me.

    "I always sleep naked. But I don't know why you are acting like it is a big deal. I think you liked the early morning nakedness." he walked towards me and pulled me close, and planted a leg numbing kiss on my lips.

    "I..uh...I.." I stepped away from him, "I have no idea what you are talking about." I smiled and twirled my finger for him to turn around.

    "What?" he said.

  "Turn around, I have to shift and I don't plan on ripping my favorite pajamas." he huffed but turned around. But as I began unbuttoning my top there was a knock on the door.

    "Twin? You in there?" Ana called through the door. Vacation doesn't mean Ana stops working out either.

   "Hold on, Ana."I spoke to her, "Dimka, go get decent. No one else needs to see all your glory." I stuck my tongue out at him.

   "Jealous over your sister, Kitten? Who is 'Dimka'?"

      "You are silly, and no I'm not jealous, my sister is just an innocent princess, she doesn't need to see--"

"Who are you talking to--oh!" Ana barged in and cut me off. I immediately jumped in front of Dimitri, covering his body.
"Ana!" I growled. But Ana just busted out laughing. "What is so funny? Dimitri go put some clothes on. Now." I growled the last part while trying to calm down my wolf. She did not like the idea of another shewolf seeing her mate. Chill out, it's Ana.  I spoke to her, but she still wasn't having it, and she didn't have it until Dimitri and his chuckling self were safely in the bathroom putting clothes on.
"I'm sorry, Ana." I said a lot more softly, and my wolf immediately perked up feeling Ana's wolf near her.
  "It's fine, Twin, I know I will be the same way when I find my mate." she smiled but I heard a bit of sadness in her voice. Even though I know Ana is happy for me, she was always the one who everyone knew would find her mate first.
"So, what's up?" I asked her and Dimitri walked out of the bathroom.
   "I thought you might want to go on a run with me." she asked and smiled.
"Hell yeah." I smiled back.
"You aren't running alone." Dimitri piped in.
"You're right. I'll be with Ana and Ana will be with me. We aren't alone." I spoke back and Ana giggled.
"I mean it, Kitten, Russia is far more dangerous than Scotland. You will need a team." He was stern but I was more stubborn.
"Like hell I need a protection team. I'm the best goddamned warrior here. I don't need anythin'" as I got angry my Scottish accent peeped through my words.
"Uh-oh.." Ana giggled again and Dimitri cut his eyes at her I growled.
"Yes but you are also the daughter of a very powerful alpha, you have killed vampires, and you are my Luna and future queen. You have a huge blinking target on your back. You aren't going anywhere without protection. That is final, Alaisia."
I couldn't help it. I looked at Ana and we exploded in laughter. "That's final? Oh my god, please stop you're killing me!" I laughed until I couldn't breathe.
  "I'm not joking, Alaisia, you aren't going."
"Watch me." I smiled and took off running towards the balcony tearing off my clothes and Ana laughed and ran behind me. Dimitri screamed but it only fueled me more, I jumped off the balcony putting my human foot on the railing to push me further and shifted in the air. When I landed I stopped and looked back at Dimitri and Ana stood on the balcony laughing. He looked angry and he was taking his clothes off as well. I winked and howled at the sky. You want me? Come and get me. I challenged.
