For three days a boy tries to win her heart
For three days a girl tests him, unwilling to give him any part
He does his best and doesn't give up
She simply bites the edge of her cup
He won't stop until she says yes
She soon surrenders to his test
Wanted to make him the one
The fun has only yet begun
He gives her the love she hopes that will last
Forcing her to forget her hard scary past
Harder and harder she falls each day
To the point where she has nothing to say
Words cannot describe him at all
All she knows is that he's amazing and tall
She's glad she gave him that special chance
That amazing boy who makes her heart dance
This perfect boy has slowly mended her heart
One day the two will never be apart
The boy and the girl together are a team
They pick each other up when they are tearing at the seams
His voice soothes her when she is troubled
She wants him all the time, on the double
She cries at the thought of losing him
But the chances of that are very slim
She's a fool for him, anyone can see it
Cupid shot his arrow and she was hit
She looks at herself in the mirror
She stares carefully and sees a glimmer
That glimmer is love for him in her eyes
And when she thinks about him, time flies
It's been a month since he came into her life
But she already knows she wants to be his wife
She hopes that he doesn't give up on her
It's impossible to not think about a future
One with smiles, one with joy
One with a little girl and boy
The road is hard, filled with tears
But baby I'll love you for years and years
