-Alexs pov-

I was laid in bed, a month after being knocked out by Danny; not my proudest moment. Kay was staying here. She refused to speak to Danny. I'm not quite sure why. He was just defending their love.

One things for sure though. I love Kay. She is so kind and supports the band at every opportunity.

I'm gonna go talk to her.

-Kays pov-

It was the early hours of the morning and I was sat wallowing in self pity. I was so confused.

I honestly don't know why I was ignoring Danny. I'd like to think I was confused at the fact that I HAD met two of my favourite bands, was supporting one of them on tour, one of my favourite people had hit on me and I was engaged to another.

I'd be lying. I was scared. Everything had changed so quickly and I wasn't happy, I thought I was but I was relieved when Danny turned violent. It was like it gave me some sort of escape and I didn't have the heart to break up with one of my idols.

I was just starting to clear things up in my head when the door creaked open and Alex walked through in just his batman boxers.

"hey" I spoke first.

"hey, whatcha thinkin?" he asked.

"this and that, mainly how I'm actually quite glad all this happened"

"you're glad that your bestest fwiend in the whole wide world suffered mild concussion?" Alex questioned.

"no! you pleb! I'm glad I'm not with Danny"

"pleb??? really??? and yeah... me too"

"how come?" I mumbled.

"um, this is gonna sound kind of embarrassing but.......

-Alexs pov-

.....I kind of like you" I said and released a breath I didn't know I was holding in.

She sat further up and a big grin spread across her face.

"Me too" she beamed.
