Truthfully,

*Flashback*
"WHAT?" he screamed.
"I can't make it Tyler. I'm sorry" I whispered, trying to calm the situation.

"Wow. Yet you can make it to a friends party, but not mine?!" He screamed.

"Tyler...I have to study" I (once again) whispered.

"You better get your fucking ass here or else" He threatened.

I got out of my seat. I knew what he was capable of. I didn't want to take any chances.

I started walking. Eventually I got there.

Everybody had already been drunk by the time I got there, which obviously isn't good. For me or for them.

For me especially.

But still, them too.

I planned to hang around Tyler for a couple hours until he got drunk and then I planned to chill out in the bathroom.

Nice plan. Just need Tyler.

I checked the dance floor. Nothing.

Then, I assumed he was in the bathroom. I went to check it out.

Then I heard a voice behind me.

"About time, don't you think?" A deep voice behind me said. I turned around and noticed Tyler standing in the doorw-"

"MELANIE ADELE MARTINEZ!" I heard Josh's voice yell.

"Oh god, yeah Josh?" I asked.

"You dozed off and never answered my question" He said.

"Sorry. Ask me again?"

"Would Tyler ever hurt you?" He asked.

"No, Josh. We would get into arguments but he would never hurt me" I said.

"Kay, thats all" He sighed.

"Anything up, Josh?" I asked.

"I guess I was just afraid of losing you" He admitted.

"Awwwwwwwww" I cooed. "Jiiiishwaaaaas sad"

"Oh shush!" He yelled playfully and got up and tickled me.

"Ok-ayyy okay! I'll stop!" I yelled.

"Well, it's getting late. Sorry but I got to go Mel" He said, taking his phone out of his pocket, turning it on and looking at the time.

"Awwwww! See ya" I whined, then pushed him out the door.

"See ya 'round, Mel" He whispered in some kind of country accent.

"Bye" I finished.

Then, I fell asleep.
