---------------chapter4----------------

“Hmmm…hey there, the name is Dmitri”

I sighed again as the 60th guy tried hitting on me.

Yes, I will admit, some guys were pretty smokin’, but seriously? Get a grip, if I reject the group of your friends, do you really believe I am going to acknowledge you? For Fangs sake.

Turning around expecting some basketball jock to be standing behind me in all his muscular glory.

Well, yes. Definitely muscular. Perhaps not from basketball, but he definitely had some muscles.

I had not yet seen this man’s face, but I could only hope it was as stunning as his body, I looked up.

And ho-WHAM!

Slamming to the floor by yourself is sore enough, but being toppled by a guy that looked the equivalent weight to a lion. Not fun.

I landed not so swiftly on the ground, hitting my head and butt hard on the concrete floor of the main hall that had the stair cases leading off it to the each subject corridor.

I stared up at the ceiling as my vision clouded over with black fog. It got stronger and stronger taking over my complete eye sight before I had even moved a muscle.

Groaning and grabbing my head I reached out for Fino hoping he was nearby, not trusting myself to transmit a distance of telepathy as my head already thumped to the beat of a rock song.

Fino, slight issue. Help please, main h-‘

My vision turned from the dusty grey of the fog, to pure black, dragging my mind with it.

I was lying in a meadow.

Lush grass that grew to be at least waist height, flowers that swayed gently with the wind, birds chirping their happy tune to the summers evening.

Sitting up and looking around this gorgeous meadow made me feel like I was in a fairytale, looking for my savior.

But then looking down at my deathly pale hands, I realised, what being would save an immortal blood sucker like me?

After that thought running through my mind, the meadow began to fade as I went light headed. A piercing red light shot at me, bringing me up towards the risen blue sky of the meadow land.

I rose and rose until I was no longer in meadow land, but in a room will purple walls and black furniture.

“Ams….Amsssssss…..AMSSSSS!”

I groaned as the shouting brought a whole new meaning to head ache. Grabbing at the back of my neck and sitting up hoping to relieve the pain, but of course I have no such luck, and only cause more pain for myself as the head ache becomes a head splitter.

“Aaah, the little immortal one awakes”

This voice broke through the pain and cleared my head. It was very precise and sounded like a lecturer’s voice, only more musical and soothing.

I opened my eyes to the dull light of a purple room, and found myself on a bed, with a terrified looking Fino perched on the end of it.

His eyes were rimmed with dark circles, and with pale skin it only showed up more.
