Mewtwo is a clone of Mew and created artificially by Team Rocket. If Mewtwo has a Mega Stone, Why does Mew not have one? There might be a mega evolution for Mew in the future. All mega stones are made by nature and Mewtwo is not made by nature. Nobody could make Mega stones since all Profs. are Dinguses.
