Archie, leader of Team Aqua, tried to expand the sea because of his love on water pokemon. In the Pokemon Adventures manga vol. 22, Archie and Maxie were about to kill Ruby, Mimi, the Feebas of Ruby, attacked the both of them. When Mimi landed on the ground, Archie kicked it nearly killing it (wow savage). I thought Archie loved water pokemon!?
