The number was restricted so I assumed it was a practical joke. Probly Jane or Sarah. Most likely Jane though, just because she's a freak. But, then again I had the tight feeling in my stomach I usually get when something bad is about to happen. So, being the dumb person I am I texted back.

"Um hey. Sorry wrong number."

“Annabelle Hawk. Born in Maryland: Currently in 11th grade: oh and has a very, VERY interesting past."

“Who is this?" I replied the feeling in my stomach had gotten stronger.

"You will soon see. But first, you might want to tell your little 'friends' the book is now in my possession. Oh and see you soon."

I'm dead scared by this point. It could just be a practical joke, right? But my gut feeling was telling a different story. I ran inside the house, dragging my dogs alongside me. I have your book. The thought kept running around in my mind. Suddenly I was in my room.

I was searching. Looking anywhere I could've putt it. Then I checked the last place I wrote a story or an entry. My favorite place to write. The attic window sill, there I found the note.

“Dear Annabelle,

Darling you didn't do as I asked and contact your friends. But just in case your silly little mind didn't grasp it before. I have your "Book" And I’ve see your secrets. Now, Annabelle Melanie Hawk. Do as I ask and we'll be in contact soon. -The Dealer

P.s. Get ready to play the game, I’ll be watching. Oh and tell anyone besides the girls and you're dead and done."

I fell to the ground. No. No no no. Then I picked up my phone. Time to call the girls.
