Chapter 6: Miko + Mark

"Before we go to the hockey rink we should buy some warm clothes because Mark and Miko don't have any and I left mine back home and I know you didn't bring any,"I said."Yeah we should probably stop by Sports Authority and pick up some gloves and warm socks,"He said."Let's go,"I said as I led the way to my car. I drove Umi was in the passenger seat and Mark and Miko sat in the back. Miko's face turned a bright red when she found out she was sitting in the back with Mark. I looked back to see Mark and Miko being a bit too friendly. I felt a little jealous. I should be happy that my too best friends could possibly dating. I drove to Sports Authority, we all stepped out of the car and walked into the store. I stayed close to Mark so he wouldn't get lost again. Me and Mark get gloves and socks for all of us and Umi and Miko~chan get warm jackets. We meet each other at the counter to buy our stuff. It all adds up to 120.00, me,Miko and Umi split it evenly. We get our stuff and leave the store. Umi puts our stuff in the trunk, and we leave. We finally made it to the Ice rink, I got out of the car to see that it's closed.

"No no no why today,"I said. "It's okay sis we'll find some thing else to do okay,"Umi said."Okay,"I replied."How about we go to the.... carnival,"He said."The carnival... it's in town,"I said."Yeah," He said."Yeah, let's go to the carnival,"I said excitedly. We walked back the to the car to tell Mark and Miko the game plan."Mark, Miko the ice rink is closed, but we were thinking about going to the carnival,"I said."Sounds fun,"Mark and Miko said in unison. "Um okay," I said as I started to drive to the carnival.

We arrive at the carnival, I park the car, we get out and walk towards the carnival."So Umi what ride you want to get on first," I said."Um...the marry-go-round, that would be cool,"he said."What about you Mark," I said as I look at Mark and Miko making goo-goo eyes at each other. I hated it. It felt horrid I don't even like Mark like that, I think."Um... Mark, Miko what ride do you want to go on?" I said. They said nothing. That was when I had enough I didn't like Mark and Miko together. I wanted Mark. I pulled Mark to somewhere away from Miko and Umi to talk to him.

Miko's POV

I stared in to Mark's eyes until Kyu pull him away from me."So are you and Mark like a thing now?" Takumi said nervously." No,"I said. "Thank goodness, I mean...um...really you to really looked crazy for each other,"he said."Well I guess I can tell you, Mark is using me to get back at Kyu,"I said. "Wait! What!,"he said in shock. "Before you go all super-overprotective brother mode on Mark, just listen,"I said.

"Okay it all started when I went up stairs to check up on Mark, while I was up there I saw Mark sitting on the end of the bed, I saw that he was reading something, as I was trying to get a look at what he was reading, I fell onto his lap,"I said. "I told him that Kyu wanted him, I look over to see that he's reading Kyu's diary, I get up from his lap and ask him why has Kyu's diary, at first he tried to hide it then he just gave in,"I said. "He told me that he saw it out in the open and thought it wont hurt to read a few pages, he said he read things that made him think of Kyu in a whole different light,"I said. " What does this have to do with.....,"I interrupted by putting my finger on his mouth. "Shh, I'm getting to that,"I said. " Anyway, he grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes and told me that today he was gonna tell her that he is in love with her but after reading her diary he felt insignificant, so he ask me to get back at her and...." Umi interrupted me. "And you agreed?!"He said. "Um..yea....he persuaded me...with his voice...don't judge me,"I said."Oh god, speaking of Mark, where are they?"he said."Don't know?"

Kyu's POV

" Mark I have something important to tell you,"I said."Okay,"he said."I don't like you and Miko together,"I blurted out."Because... because, I want you, Mark I'm in love with you I think,"I said."Okay,"he said. "What do you mean 'Okay' I just confessed my feelings to you and all you can say is okay, just leave me alone"I said as I ran away from Mark and into to a crowed area to lose Mark. He chase after me until he lost me in the crowd of people."KYU,COME BACK,"he yelled. I didn't listen. I ran until I couldn't run anymore. I found a bench away from anyone else and cried.
