Team Bonding

"So how long will it take to Sunagakure?" Akito asks as we dash through the forest.
"More then a days time. We'll have to make camp somewhere." Kari sensei says. I was running next to Siri while Akito was trying to catch up with Kari sensei, but failing miserably. She wasn't lying when she said she was known for her speed.

"Hey...*pant*... Kari... sensei... *pant* can you.... Slow down?" Akito asks running out of breath.
"Oh come on. I'm not even running that fast..." Kari sensei says but slows down never the less.

"Hey Siri." I whisper.
"Hm?"
"Were you okay back in the Hokage's office? You sort of glared at Akito and I."
"Oh... That... Well I wasn't glaring at you guys..."
"Then what were you doing?" I ask tilting my head.
"I was... Trying to figure out the meaning of the dinosaur thing." She says.
"Oh, okay..." She's lying... That lier.

"Ooh what are you two talking about?" Kari sensei asks wriggling her eyebrows.
"Oh, nothing." I say.
"Now Siri. I know Ichirou's cute and everything, but don't let him pressure you into reenacting Icha Icha Paradise with him."
"What the-?! I wouldn't want to do that!" I say.

"Now, now, Ichirou you did say you had hormones." Kari sensei says... And then starts the screaming from Akito. While Kari sensei was trying to shut her up I glance over at Siri who looks confused.

"What is Icha Icha Paradise about anyway?" She asks. I blush and turn my head up to the sky. A clear day today.
"Ah, it's nothing to important." I say trying to sweep the conversation under the rug.

It was night fall and we had stopped at a close village. Right now Kari sensei was getting us a room to stay in. When suddenly I got attacked by a monkey.
Nah, sorry to get your hopes up but that monkey was really Akito who had attached herself onto my back like a leech.

"What are you doing?" I ask.
"You know when I get done eating I become sleepy and since there are no sleeping bags, or a bed around you are now my body rest."
"What? I didn't agree to this."
"Beds and sleeping bags don't agree with it either." I sigh realizing she wasn't going to let go so I pick up her legs with my arms so she wouldn't fall off and to her doom.

I turn around so I could talk to Siri only to realize she was glaring at us again. Man, maybe we annoy her? That's not a very good feeling in my gut basket.
"She's a hopeless case, isn't she?" I ask.
"Yes... She is." Siri says with a smile.
"What are you eating? Please don't let it be a sock."
"Will you let that go?!" Siri says exasperated.
"Nope." I say with a huge grin.

Kari sensei walks back. "I got us a room."
"A room? As in one room?" I ask.
"Yes..."
"Great now I'm sleeping in a room full of girls..."
"You know some guys might take advantage of that fact." Kari sensei says with a wink.
"Not when one of them drools on you, the other is your sensei, and another has a sock fetish."

"Hating on her socks. Not very gentlemanly if you." Kari sensei says as she leads the way to our one room. One... Just one. I don't like sharing rooms...

There were four beds in the room, thank the globs for that. I lay Akito down on the one with sea foam green sheets. She would love me for that. It's her favorite color.

"I call the lavender bed! I'm going to take a shower stay out of the girl's bed Ichirou!" I roll my eyes at this. "I guess I'll take the light pink one." Siri says sitting down cross legged at the foot of her bed.

"Great that leaves me with poop brown." Siri laughs at that comment causing me to grin. "That's the loudest I've ever heard you laugh." I say doing a back spin and flopping onto my stomach on the poop brown bed.

"And that's about the billionth time I've seen you show off." Siri says while taking off her black ninja sandals.
"What?! Me?? Show off?! Psh, as if."
