The white men took Koosa Kala to the enormous ship the whole time Koosa Kala cried, Koosa Kala never really new her parents they died when she was a baby, but her brother that was a different story. Bootu was the one that saved her when those wild dogs got in the camp, he had saved her when she almost drowned in the river, he was just always there never once ignoring her, or being mean to her, he was just there and now he would never be there again. He was gone he would never be back because he was dead, she watched him die she remembered him bleeding, the pain and fear in his eyes, the blood running from his stomach every time she thought about she cried more.
" Shut up" said Clark his eyes pierced into her.
" you idiot she can't understand you " said the man who had picked her up.
" Don't worry we will get a translator when we back to the ship" said the man with the scruffy beard.
They kept rowing and rowing and rowing, finely they made it to the boat shoving her aboard " Where The Hell Is My Translator" yelled Clark. A little pudgy man ran up onto the deck " yes" said the pudgy man. "We need to ask this little twit a few questions, we need you to translate " Clark said. The took Koosa Kala below deck into the captains quarters and sat her down in a little brown chair. " Now what do you want me to ask her? " said the pudgy little man to Clark, Clark told him every thing to say. " What's your name " said the pudgy man to Koosa Kala " Koosa Kala " she said through her tears. He asked her a few mor questions how old she was, what was her tribe called then there was that questions that question that would bring the tears back " who was the boy they shot " Koosa Kala started to get angry " That boy was my brother and the tribe leader." The pudgy man told the rest of the men and left. They then took Koosa Kala to were the rest of the slaves were locked her up and left her.
