The Ruins of Scaleswind PART 1

            "We are almost there!" yelled Jason, as he, Jennifer and Darrius road to the demolished kingdom of Scaleswind to look for a sacred weapon. "I need to eat something," cried Jennifer from the back of the group. "In five minutes we should be able to stop and let the horses rest," said Darrius, who was looming over his saddlebag looking for something for them to snack on. "Hey, I see a farmhouse up ahead. Maybe we can stay there for a little bit," Jason said as he pushed his heels into his horse. The heroes rode to the house and stopped to see a young boy crying over a small girl. "What's wrong, kid? "asked Jason, curious of what is wrong with the girl and who the boy and girl are. "She is dead...they did it...they all must pay for their sins..." whispered the young boy. "What is your name kid? Jason asked again. "I...am...Francis...and this is...Sarah..." Francis was starting to quietly weep into his arms as he tried to cover his grief. "Maybe I could help you, Francis," Jenifer then stepped forward and chanted " FRANHADEN OTRIKQ ASHWED FREQWUD EXPLEDTRE HADAMNRA!!!" Then Sarah started to shudder, then an ear piercing shriek came from her, then in no time she was normal and hugging her teary-eyed brother. "Thank you so much miss," said Francis. "No problem," said Jennifer, as she put her spell book in the saddle bag of the horse. " SARAH, FRANCIS WHERE ARE YOU!?!?" a familiar voice called out to the children from the barn, then King Laurence emerged and hugged the two young kids. "Laurence is that you?" Jason asked in disbelief. "Jason, my god, I thought you died after you left the palace!" exclaimed Laurence, the two men ran and hugged each other for what felt like hours. "Come inside and let's catch up over some nice aged brandy or maybe some whisky," said Laurence as he leads the group inside the small house. The kids were running around playing tag with Jennifer. Jason and Laurence were drunk and playing darts in the barn, and Darrius was helping Laurence's wife with the cooking and cleaning. Then Jason heard Sarah scream and ran out to see Jennifer fighting off a giant flaming wolf. "I can come and help you, Jenny," yelled a drunk Jason. Jason took two steps and face planted, about 20 minutes later Jason awoke to a giant wolf peering down at him. "AHHHHHHHHHHH ITS A GRIFFIN" yelled Jason. Jennifer slapped Jason and said, "This is Dominica, the leader of the Okami, she just wanted to play with the kids." Jason then tried to run away but was stopped by stepping on a rake and getting knocked unconscious by the handle.
