Phil's Sister

( Phil's POV ) 

'Phil! We need to talk ASAP... I have news' A message read on my phone, I was very scared and excited to see what the news was. The message was from Quinn ( my sister ). Me and my sister are incredibly close, beings as it was only us and our parents growing up. Quinn is kind of like the female version of me; clumsy, creative and nice. She is always there when I need help and i'm always there for her. Quinn is a few years younger than me. I'm 28 and she is 22. 

Phil! We need to talk ASAP... I have news

Quinn, what have you done or broken?

Nothing just Skype me :(

It's really weird to see her type a sad face; she is mainly always happy but I know when she is sad and trying to hid it. I jumped onto my laptop and opened Skype. I made sure Dan wasn't in the room, only because for all the time I have known him, Quinn has never meet him and she is painfully shy sometimes. Which can be bad, and good; depends on where we are.

"Quinn, what's wrong?" I asked as she answered to Skype call with a sad face,
"Do you want good news or bad news?" She said with a little sniffle,
"I'll go with good news" I thought ti would let me focus more on the bad news later..
"Well, i'm graduating University in a few days. Can you come along? I think it would help me out" She smiled,
"Quinn! Of course. I would love to see my younger sister graduate. I mean you did come to mine so it's the least I can do" I laughed
"And, after that I moving home for a while, then going flat looking" 
"That's so good!"
"Phil, are you ready for the bad news?" I instantly saw her face fall white, I knew it was going to be bad,
"Go on" I said with confusion and fear in my voice,
"You kno-" Just as she was about to tell me, Dan burst through to door. I was sat so, Dan couldn't see my screen. I mouthed 'One second' to her and she nodded, wiping her eyes.

"Phil! Have you seen my phone?" Dan asked, sounded panicked,
"Dan, could you not. I'm try to talk to someone!" I sassed and mentally face-palmed over t=his fist world problem,
"Phil, I don't care.. I need my phone!" He whined. Dan stopped looking and gave a confused look "Wait! Talking to someone, who? Tell me. Has Phil got a girl?" He teased. 
I sighed, got up and walked over to him, "I'm not telling you who and no! Can you give a few hours, please!" I said as I walked him out the room,
"Phil!" Dan whined again,~
"Dan, I can see you phone in you jeans pocket and please.." I laughed,
"Fine!" Dan sighed, he walked off humming something to himself.

I walked back into the living room, and went to my laptop, "Sorry Quinn, Dan can be annoying and very childish at times, carry one" I smiled, getting comfy.
"You know, Fran?" ( Fran is Quinn's girlfriend by the way) 
"You two didn't break up, did you?" I asked as I saw the puddles of tears run down her face.
"No, we are still happy together. But I think i'm love with my friend. Phil what should I do?!" I could tell she was panicking and scared,
"who?"
"Tyler" She said, "Phil, I love Fran but i'm also in love with Tyler. I'm such a bad girlfriend.." She started cry,
"Aw, Quinn you're not a bad girlfriend. Maybe you're not 100% lesbian after all. Maybe you're bi? But trust me it's going to be okay" I was trying to calm her down, but it was making her feel worse.
"Ty-Tyler was flirting with me today, and I was flirting back! I'm a cheater, I don't want to hurt Fran but I feel like I am" She was still crying and not getting any better,
"Quinn, it's okay. You're not a cheater. Can't you tell Fran this and tell Tyler as well? Then see how they react?"
"No Phil, I can't! Fran means everything to me. I don't want to lose her.." She cried more and more, I could tell she had been holding this in for a long time,
"Quinn, how long have to felt like this?" I asked her,
"Ever since you left to live with Dan" She looked down and started to play with hem of her jacket, it's a nervous thing she does.
"Quinn, why didn't you come and tell me ages ago?" 
"I don't know.. I didn't want to be a pain" She smiled, wiping the tears away,
"You wouldn't be a pain, and plus I could get Dan out the house of it helped" I smiled

"Why are you talking about me?!" I heard Dan shout form hid room,
"Why are you listening to my conversation?" I shouted back
"Touché" Dan shouted back,

"You and Dan are very strange." Quinn smiled, I think she feeling slightly happier now but still sad.
"Thank you, we are best friends. Quinn, you should meet Dan one day" I smiled
"Phil, I don't know? You know I can be very shy and i'm not good with new people, or any people sometimes" Quinn was still playing with her t-shirt,
"Come on, Dan can't hurt nobody." 
"Phil, i'll meet him when i'm ready too. Or if we just run into each other on the street!" She laughed,
"Oh, Quinn are you free soon?" I asked, I really wanted to spend a few days with her. I haven't sen my sister in person for 2 years.
"After my graduation I am. So i'm free in 4 days." 
"Ok, Quinn I have to go but if you honestly need to talk you know where I am" I smiled,
"Same here Phil, bye" She hung up and I closed my laptop.

I walked out into the kitchen and saw Dan, he was giving me a very strange look,
"Dan, what have I done?" I asked as I walked other to the cupboard to get a glass out,
"Quinn?" He said,
"Dan. It's my sister!" I said as I fulled up the glass with water.
"Okay!" He smiled and walked off.
"I'm better at Mario Kart!" I shouted and laughed to myself, 
"Race me Phil!" He shouted back, I could hear him run in the living room and turning it on. We played Mario Kart until 1:00 am. Dan bet me a lot but it was. it always is.
