Phil's Sister

Mario Kart

"PHIL!" I heard my name being shouted, I turned around and saw my sister running me.
"QUINN!" I ran up to her and gave her a big hug, although we spent a whole day with each other, a few days ago. It feels like I haven't seen he in ages! We were hugging for around 5 minuets,
"Quinn, this is Dan. Dan, this is Quinn" I pointed at them both,
"Hey!" Dan said, happily. Quinn smiled. I knew she was going to be shy.

We started to walk home, we made small talk.
"Quinn, I have ask you something?!" I asked,

She looked up at me "Yeah?" 

"How tall are you?" She gave a confused look,
"Okay, Phil that's very random but I think i'm just over 6ft." She smiled,
"Told you Dan!"
"Wow, i'm still shocked that you're that tall?!" HE said to Quinn,
"Thank you, but you're quite tall yourself!" She smiled,
"Yeah, I'm 6ft 3" 
"Geez! That's tall!" She laughed,
"Quinn, it's only 3 inch taller than you?" I said, as we walked through a park.
"I know but 3 inch is a lot" 

We walked the rest on the way in silence, it was a comfortable silence. When we got to mine and Dan's flat, Dan went back into his room to finish editing. I was talking to Quinn,
"Quinn, what happened between and Fran?"
"Well, I went out for lunch with Tyler and Fran. That went all right. Then when Fran went to the bathroom, Tyler started to get a  bit flirty. I stupidly decided to flirt back. Then before I knew it, we were kissing. Fran walked back in and was shocked, angry and all them types of emotions. I tried to tell her Phil, I really did but she never listened to me," She paused to wipe her eyes. "She told me that I was a cheater and shouldn't be in a relationship because I couldn't be trusted. She told me they we were through!" I pulled Quinn into a hug, she hugged me back. "Phil, why do I fail at relationships?"
"Aww, Quinn, you don't. It was your first proper relationship" I said, as I hugged tighter.

"Thanks Phil, but I still think i'm bad at them!" Quinn pulled away and wiped in her eyes.

Dan burst through the door, he turned around, "Bad time?"
"No, you're alright!" Quinn smiled,
"I'm only alright?" Dan playfully huffed, trying to make Quinn feel better,
"You know what I meant." She laughed.
"You what will make you feel better Quinn?" I asked,
"What Phil?" 
"Mario Kart!" I said excitedly,

"You play Mario Kart?" Dan asked
"Yes, I think i'm pretty good at it." She answered, "Why?"
"You didn't struck me as a gamer" Dan smiled,

"Dan, Quinn is a massive gamer! She even has a gamer tattoo" I laughed,
"Really?!" Dan said shocked,
"Yeah.." Quinn rolled the bottom of her shirt up. "It's only Sans and Papyrus from Undertale" She smiled,

"That's SO cool" Dan said like a child at Christmas.
"Thanks" She smiled,
"Quinn, you won't bet Dan." I told her, Dan smiled as he sat down next to Quinn.

We out Mario Kart on, Dan was his mii, I was Mario and Quinn was Yoshi. The first race Don won, Quinn came second and I came 3rd,
"Told you, you wouldn't bet him!" I laughed,
"I'll bet him next" Quinn smirked,
"Really? Okay let's try again!" Dan sassed,
We played another race, Quinn won, I came second and Dan came 3rd.
"Really!" Quinn sassed,
"Dan, you got beaten by my little sister! How do you feel?" I laughed.
"I'm shocked, sad and confused!" We (Quinn and I) have Dan a confused look, "I didn't think you would bet me. You're actually really good!"
"Well, I did spend all last summer playing it.. And I don't regret it one bit" She laughed

We played a few more races, it was really nice to see Quinn and Dan laughing and joking around with each other. I knew they would get on. For the rest of the day, we played Mario Kart, until we did almost every track. That evening we ordered pizza and watched tv,
"Quinn, you watch anime?" Dan asked,
"Yes" She answered, "I watch almost everyone"
"Cool, What one are you watching now?" I asked her,
"Sword Art Online, Black Butler" She smiled,
"How weird is that, we are as well!" I said excitedly,
"Really?" Quinn smiled, we decided to watch Sword Art. We watched 1 and a half seasons of Sword Art, before Dan and Quinn fell asleep on the sofa. It made me laugh, how they have just met ( know barely anything about each other ) and get on very well. I got a few blankets and chucked them over Dan and Quinn. I made my own way to bed.
