"Mom?" I yelled up the stairs to my mom. "I'm going out to play with Easton!"
"OK sweetheart!" she said back, "have fun."
I got on my bike and rode down the street to Easton, my best friends house. I knocked on the door and immediately there was the glowing happy face of Easton opening the door to greet me.
Easton and I had been friends ever since he moved here when we were five years old, that was three years prior to this moment. We could find things to do for hours and hours, until we were to tired to think and then we could do it all over again the next day.
When my mom told me we had to move to Ohio I understood seeing as my grandmother was very ill, but leaving my friends, and my school would be hard.
i managed and over the 8 years i lived there the memories of Calgary faded away until all i had were vague pictures in my head.
Since then i have moved back to Calgary to finish high school and this is where the fun began.
Hope you liked this start to our story. I know its short but it's just the prologue.
This story will be written by two people at different times so if you notice a constant change is style you know what it is.
Enjoy!
