I woke up at 7 am. I walk downstairs and my mom was in the kitchen drinking coffee while reading a book.
"Hey mom" I say
"Why are u up sooo early" she says
"I need to ask you something and I forgot to do it yesterday"
"What is it" she says
"Can you watch Steven again today because I have a date with Ethan"
"Noo, I can't take him to my job it's a serious place"
"Please mom"
"Noo, maybe you can ask Grayson to watch him he is good with Steven " she says
She is right. Grayson is good with Steven. Steven talks to Grayson and gets along with him fine bit it would be awkward to make Grayson watch Steven after I didn't pick him for a date today.
"I can try mom, I guess" I say
"Good and you said a date with Ethan ? So you picked him?"
"Well no"
I explained to my mom the plan and she just stared at me in disbelief.
"I can't believe you have to brothers competing over you, I thought I taught you better" she says
"Mom I already have a lot going on beside you lecturing me and after the dates with them I'll choose. I promise" I say
"Hopefully you choose the right one
4 hours later
I call Grayson.
A- hey you
G- hey Amanda
A- can I ask you for a favor
G- yea anything for you
A- can you watch Steven today?
G- umm sure
A- I'm sorry that I have to ask you this its really awkward for me to even speak to you right now but you are the only one Steven talks to and he needs someone
G- of course what time you need me to come
A- 12
G- ok I'll be right over
A- ok thanks
I take a shower and get a blue dress. It was really tight but it didn't look like I was trying so hard. It was 12 o clock and someone was at the door. I go downstairs and I see Grayson.
" hi Grayson " I say while spinning in circles to show off my dress
" you look soooo beautiful" he says
"Ethan is lucky to have you today, you better wear something sexy for me tomorrow" he continues
"Of course Grayson" I say while laughing
"Just call me Gray"
"Okay Gray"
We stare at each other for a while and then I pull him to the living room.
" you need to feed Steven around 2:30 or 3, he has food in the fridge just warm it up and make sure he don't hurt himself if anything happens call me and I wrote my moms number on that paper on the counter"
" okay Amanda I understand"
" gray I can't think you enough for this" I hug him for along time. It had a urge and it was pushing me to go for it. So I moved his face towards mine and I kissed him.
"You have a weird way of showing gratitude" he says as he starts to giggle
Grayson and I sit on the couch until Ethan comes. The doorbell rings and Grayson goes to get it. Ethan walks in and looks at me.
" you look amazing" Ethan says
" you do too"
Ethan was sooo hot. And I was happy that I was going out with him. We tell Grayson and Stevens goodbye and we head out.
Ethan goes to his car and opens the car door to let me in like a gentlemen.
"So where are we going" I ask
" I made reservations at a restaurant" Ethan says
"Oooooo fancy I see"
" I'm really glad that I get to go out with you today Amanda"
"Me too Ethan"
We drive off. Hopefully The date will end up nice.
