"Hoseok!" Immediately after seeing Yoongi and Jimin, Taehyung made a dash for Hoseok. He deserved to know. He was in utter disbelief. Jimin always seemed to care so much for Hoseok, so he couldn't quite wrap his mind around why he'd cheat on him.Hoseok took one glance at him and stood up to throw away his food.
"Hoseok, I know you're mad, and you have every right to be, but you have to come with me," Taehyung pleaded.
"Why should I, Taehyung? So you can act like you want to be my friend again only to try to take advantage of me?" Hoseok frowned and walked out of the cafeteria.
"Please just listen to me!" He followed him out and grabbed his shoulder.
Hoseok shoved him away, "Just leave me the hell alone,"
"Jimin is cheating on you!" Taehyung quickly covered his mouth. This isn't how he wanted Hoseok to find out.
"...Why should I believe you? Jimin is loyal to me,"
"If you follow me, you'll see! Just please trust me!" He grabbed onto his shoulders again and shook him.
Hoseok stared at him for a second trying to decide if he should trust Taehyung. He was already fed up with him and he felt used and betrayed. The last thing he wanted was for that to happen again.
"You've lost my trust for a long time, Taehyung," With that, Hoseok shoved him away and walked off.
--
A few blissful, drama free weeks have gone by, and Hoseok was thankful for that. Him and Jimin got closer while him and Taehyung grew farther apart, but that didn't bother him. He began to realize that their friendship wasn't worth trying to save. It was just too much drama.
"Jimin," Hoseok said, resting his head on Jimin's shoulder, "Can we go on a date tonight?"
Jimin looked at him and frowned, "Not tonight, Hoseok. I was going to hang out with Yoongi tonight. I'm sorry,"
Hoseok lifted his head from Jimin's shoulder and crossed his arms, "You've been hanging out with him a lot lately,"
"I know, I know. It's just that he's working on another song and he really wants my help,"
"Well why don't I come with you? I'd like to see his new song," Hoseok said, smiling.
"I wish you could, but he said he wanted to wait until it was finished for you to see. We'll go on a date soon though, I promise," Jimin smiled and kissed Hoseok's forehead.
Hoseok sighed and nodded, laying his head back down on his shoulder, "Okay, whatever you say,"
"Hey, why are you so worried anyways?" Jimin asked, tilting his head.
"What? I'm not worried...I'm just a little jealous that our friend gets more attention from you than I do,"
(A/N : I'm writing this as I'm listening to Yoongi's Mixtape, so I'm obviously quite distracted, so the next few parts may not be that great, so I apologize)
"Don't be like that, Hoseok. He's my friend and he needs me right now. I promise once he finishes this next song we'll spend more time together, okay?"
Hoseok nodded and stood up, "Well, I should head home. I'll see you tomorrow,"
"Okay, see ya," Jimin stood up kissed Hoseok's forehead, "Stay safe,"
"I will," He said as he walked out the door.
He didn't want to go home, he would actually much prefer to stay with Jimin, but every time they talked about Yoongi, there would always be an awkward tension, which Hoseok didn't like.
Hoseok walked inside, set his bag on the floor and walked into the kitchen. His dad looked up from the Newspaper he was reading and smiled, "One of your friends is upstairs in your room. They said they needed to talk to you about something,"
Hoseok raised an eyebrow, nodded and walked upstairs. Upon opening his bedroom door, there sat Taehyung.
"What are you doing here?" Hoseok crossed his arms and sighed.
"I missed my Sweet Hoseok, of course,"
