[Hinata]

I stand in the airport next to Kageyama's parents. He hugs his mother and his father, by the time he gets to me I'm holding back tears. A small sob escapes my mouth as I cling my arms around his shoulders. His arms wrap around my waist and he pulls me closer to him. He pulls back his head to place a kiss on my nose. His left hand goes up to my cheek and wipes away a fresh tear that was going to fall down. I cover my mouth with my hand, trying to hold back another sob before nuzzling my face in his chest.
"I-I was trying to not cry. I wanted to sh-show I could say goodbye without breaking down. But I can't. Tobio, I love you, I'm going to miss you. Please don't forget ab-"
"Hold up right there. How could I forget about you. You are my sunshine, and without that, my life is dark. Plus your name is written on my wrist so", he says. A laugh escapes my lips as he kisses me again.
"Everybody boarding the plane to Baton Rouge airport please come to gate 43. We will be boarding shortly", a man says over the intercom. Kageyama breaks away and I hug him one more time before he waves to his family again and walks to the line of people at the gate.
"Alright Shouyou, time to get back to school, eh?", Kageyama's father says. I look up at him, forcing the words to leave my lips.
"I have my bike, I'll ride that back to school. It isn't that far", I say. He nods hesitantly before him and his wife leave the airport. I sit, looking out the windows, waiting for the familiar plane to leave the runway. I lost track of time, but at some point I see the plane race down the runway, before taking off into the sky. I feel another tear roll down my face before I break down, sobbing into the sweatshirt that once belonged to Kageyama, who had given it to me. I hold the beige fabric closer to my chest, inhaling the scent of him. As soon at the plane is out of view I go out to get my bike and instead of riding to school, I ride home.
