Chapter 2: High School Tour
___________

"I still can't believe school has already started, it's like summer never happened!," Olivia exclaimed as we walked throughout the halls of Enterprise High. I rolled my eyes at her dramatic statement, sure summer felt like a breeze but it was our last year. How bad could it be?

"Stop overreacting, we are almost done here and then we can leave this hell hole," I reassured her, but didn't change the terrified look on her face. We got to our lockers, sadly hers was 7 lockers away. I started loading books I didn't need for next class and took my phone out to stuff it in my pocket. The halls began to fill as new faces and old faces pass. I shuddered at all the disgusting people that walked in. I don't like people. I hate people.

"Let's go?," Olivia spoke up making me jump, not knowing how close she was. She laughed at my reaction making me hit her shoulder in embarrasment. Right when we entered our first class which so happened to be Art. The teacher almost immediately perked up once she saw me. "You need to go to the office," I gave her a confused look but it didn't look like she was gonna give me an explanation anytime soon. I shrugged then headed down to the office which felt like it was miles away.

Entering the cool breezed room the front desk smiled and pointed down the corridor. I nodded then headed my way to the familiar room. I knocked, being the kind girl i am and the principal answered almost immediately. He smiled as he opened his door wider for me to come in, only to see another student that was faced away from me. I walked in quietly, waiting for some kind of information.

I froze in my position when the student turned. Reid Savage. I quirked my eyebrow and looked up at the principal in a mix of emotions. Reid went to a private school that his parents forced him into. Why the hell is he here?!

"Leila meet-"

"Reid Savage, I know, what am I doing here again?!" I spat not controlling my sudden panic. "Well, I thought you wouldn't mind showing him around?," he shrugged. "Why not Melissa?! She's the president," I whined making him quirked his eyebrow. "Melissa was the president Ms Webb, she's graduated," my face flushed, all i wanted to do was curl up in a ball and cry. "I can give you extra credit? Plus he's in all your classes anyways so I thought it'd be good to have assistance," he added, making my eyes light up at the extra credit. But my emotions of disgust came back as he explained he was in ALL MY CLASSES.

I stood there unable to make any form of movement. "Doll face you alright?," I heard Reid question, already knowing he had his stupid signature smirk played across his face. "Whatever," I said finally getting a control on myself. I can't believe this is happening. I guess there is something to worry about this year.

-

"This is the Library," I spoke bluntly as we walked through the halls. "Cheer up Doll face, you'll be hanging out with this god the whole year," he pointed at himself as I rolled my eyes. I lost count on how many times I've rolled my eyes the past 10 minutes but I'm guessing over a 100. "Who says I'd be hanging out with you?," I scoffed as I quickened my pace to get this tour over with. "Slow down, don't you want that extra credit?,"

I turned to him slowly, putting a fake smile on my lips. "So, your first class will be over to the next left first door on the left," I continued.

-

"No, I'm serious he transferred here and i showed him around. Whats so hard to believe?," I asked Olivia as she kept her ground. "That you actually showed him around! Alone!!," She flailed her arms, I get where she's coming from. I mean she has experienced the full Savage stunt as I like to call them. He got her wet. (You are so dirty minded) as in he hung a bucket over my door while I was gone, which was mean't for me and she got wet instead.

"If I can't live with my step sister! Then I sure as hell cannot live with Reid Savage in this school!," She ranted out as i nodded agreeingly.  Her sister was the popular girl of the school and was the most bitchy girl I've met. "But if I could live next door to him all my life, 1 year is not bad," I countered her as she shrugged. "I guess..,"

"Don't you ladies have anything else to talk about instead of me?," the oh so annoyingly familiar voice heard behind me, Reid placed his tray of food next to me as he sat down. "Leave," I spoke sternly as I gnawed on my apple. "Don't be so feisty with me, doll face," he nudged me making the apple fall out of my hand, rolling on the floor as I reached out to it in a sentimental way. "Great I'm done with lunch let's go!," I spoke irritatingly as I grabbed Liv's arm. "I haven't even gotten to my milk!," she complained. "You've got plenty at home," I muttered as I dragged her out of the lunch room to avoid his annoying ass.
