So he opened his eyes and turned around only to see Jack laughing. Jack was laughing so hard that he fell down to the dirty toilet's floor while clutching his stomach. He was rolling around on the floor with his eyes closed due to the mini prank he pulled on Jason.

"Y-yo-you should have seen the look on your face!" Jack said in between laughter. "It was priceless!" He said then continued to laugh.

Jason frowned at his best friend. "It's not funny, Jackass."

"To you it's not," he raised his eyebrows. "But to me it is hella funny."

Jason just shook his head at his friend's antics. "Wait," he paused for a second before continuing. "Why were you whispering the number 6 in my ears?"

Jack patted his friend's shoulder. "Man, you haven't heard about our school's hot topic of this month?"

"Of course, it's been the talk of the school." Jason shrugged while walking out of the toilet alongside Jack.

Jack stopped walking and looked at Jason straight in the eyes. "I wanna tell you something."

Jason hesitated before asking, "Okay? What is it?"

Jack just stare into Jason's eyes then slowly started to smile. "I called the number."

"What did you ask for?"

"I didn't ask for things." Jack shrugged.

"What the hell do you mean by things?" Jason asked his friend confused.

"What I mean is," Jack smiled to himself -weird, Jason thought- before continuing. "When she answered me, I swear I felt like I just heard the voice of an angel."

"And?" Jason made a hand gestures for Jack to continue his story since he was smiling to himself and not continuing the story.

"Oh the story," Jack chuckled. "Her voice was so soft and soothing to the ears and.."

"And what?" Jason pressed his friend to continue telling the story. "Dude, if you want to tell a story stop pausing the story just continue telling it or i'll shove a baseball up your ass."

"Damn dude, no need to get violence." Jack laughed. "As I was saying before you threatened me," he raised one eyebrow at Jason before continuing his story. "I asked her to sing."

"Are you fucking kidding me?!" Jason narrowed his eyes at his best friend.

"I am not fucking kidding you." Jack narrowed his eyes back. "Try calling her, if you don't believe that she has an angelic voice."

"No, I believe that part but," Jason shook his head at his friend. "Of all things Jack, you asked her to sing?!"

"Yeah," Jack grinned. "And I had to take care of my little friend afterwards."

"That I do not want to hear about." Jason scrunched his nose in disgust causing Jack to laugh loudly. He laughed at Jack, leave it to Jack to be the most stupidest person in the world. His face fell when he saw Marie with her new boyfriend walking past him hand in hand.

Jack noticed it and patted Jason's shoulder. "Aw man, forget about her already. She's not worth it."

"Yeah, it's easy for you to say that. I don't give a flipping care about her." Jason sighed.

"Then?" Jack raised his eyebrows.

"What did I do wrong?" Jason frowned.

"I don't think you did something that is wrong." Jack paused before continuing. "Maybe the question is what did you never do that is right?"

That night Jason laid on his bed while staring at the ceiling. He was bored and had no idea what to do. He couldn't sleep since he already slept during the evening. As soon as he hit the pillow when he got back from school, he's out like a bat.

He slept the whole evening without changing out of his clothes that he wore to school. He sat up looking at his alarm clock that sat on his nightstand. It showed him that it was 4:50 in the morning.

He put his hand inside his pocket to grab his phone but no phone was in his pocket instead there was a small piece of paper. He frowned looking at the folded paper in his hand. He opened it and his eyes widened remembering about the number.

He smirked as he grabbed his phone that he found was in his drawer and dialed the number. He wondered what her voice would sounds like.

"If she is real." He muttered to himself.

He scoffed when it reached 'her' voicemail. "What a total bullshit." He said to himself then left his phone on his bed to take a shower since he felt sticky and gross.

___

He grabbed a towel from the shelf in his bathroom and wrapped it around his waist. He walked out of his bathroom and went to the closet to pick out his outfit.

He always sleep in his boxer since the weather here is not that cold but tonight the weather was really cold. Maybe it's because he just took a shower but this weather is the kind that send chills up your spine and he just took a hot shower but here he was shivering like a sheep without it's fur.

He picked out a long sleeve t-shirt and sweatpants. After he was done putting his shirt he plopped himself down on top of his bed. He grabbed his phone and noticed that there was a missed call. His heart leaped in excitement when he saw whose number it is.

It was Grace. So she called back and that only means that she's real. The real question here is that whether or not it's true that it is Grace. And if Grace is true, it's not like she was a ghost that's going to haunt him if he communicate with her.

But the real question here is she a ghost or a psychic? Or just someone bored messing with the people that calls her.

He was about to dialled her number to call her but she already beat him to it. So he did the only thing that he was supposed to do in that moment and that is to accept the call.
