Chapter 18

Nicole’s Pov;

1 year later

Dear diary, or journal or whatever you wanna call this. It’s been a year now since I have been reunited with my family and husband. Everything here in Mystic Falls was going great Damon and Elena were engagement along with Stefan and Katherine. I and Klaus had re gotten married and Jeremy and Bonnie had also got engaged. Stefan had turned his emotions back on.

No one had heard from Caroline since the night that she claimed her love for Klaus. Everything was perfect nothing much had happened over the year it was all normal. Elena, Katherine and I had been getting along considering I and Katherine don’t like each other but that changed the more I got to know her. Im now sitting on my bed while Klaus is in the shower thinking about how life had changed. Everything is much better now, but it was also boring nothing fun ever happened in Mystic Falls. I knew that tonight I’ll be throwing a party to have some fun with the people that I love.

I got up putting my diary on the bed side table as Klaus walked out of the shower wet I couldn’t help but smile “Liking the view love?” he chuckled I couldn’t help but blush “Mmm” I mumbled changing into a pair of denim jeans with a white tank top. “I’ve been thinking” Klaus looked at me nodding his head for me to continue “We should have some fun in Mystic Falls…it’s so boring” I mumbled brushing my hair.

“What kind of fun love?” Klaus wrapped his arms around my waist “Fun as in throw a party, get drunk and dance the night away” I smiled he smiled nodding his “If that’s what you want fine” he put his top on I nodded my head.

After we had left the house we made our way to the Boarding House “Stefan!” I screamed jumping on him he laughed spinning me around “Nicole” he smiled I pulled away “What’s up baby bro?” I smiled “Nothing” he ruffled my hair “Hey don’t touch my hair!” I fixed my hair “Hello mate” Klaus smiled “Hello Klaus” he smiled.

After saying hello to the whole family who had moved into the boarding house we were all sitting down in the living room “You know what we need?” I spoke up everyone’s eyes fell on me making me a little uncomfortable “What?” Elena smiled “We need to have some fun” I smiled “We already have some fun” Damon smirked at me I shook my head “Fun as in getting drunk and throwing a party” I smiled at him as everyone started to smile like cats.

“That sound like a good idea” Katherine spoke up form Stefan’s lap, I looked at Klaus who was looking at Katherine in a loving way? “Yeah it does” Jeremy spoke up.

“It’s settled were gonna throw a party!” I smiled jumping up form Klaus lap “Damon and Elena you do the alcohol” I pointed at them “Stefan and Katherine invite everyone in town” I nodded at them “Jeremy and Bonnie get the music ready” I smiled at them walking up the stairs.

“Mrs Mikealson you kind of assigned everyone something and walked off Mrs Bossy boots” I turned to smile at Damon “Im gonna go and make sure I look pretty” I smiled widely going up the stairs into my old room which somewhat had some of my things still in there.

(An hour later)

The music was pumping there were kids drunk dancing around laughing and having fun, I looked around smiling as Klaus twirled me around “This is fun!” he chuckled darkly “Love your wasted of course it will be” he smirked “Ha-ha whatever you party pooper!” I pulled away dancing through the crowd until I was next to Stefan “Baby bro dance with me!” I smiled taking his hand as we started to dance.

“You know he is your brother not your boyfriend” Katherine laughed at me “Whatever!” I screamed at her as she walked up the stairs probably to get a blood bag or fix her make up.

“I missed you my Steffi” I smiled ruffling his hair “I missed you too Nicole!” he spun me around “Well I wanna dance with my sister as well” Damon smirked “Of course you can we can dance three of us” I smiled as we all started to dance I smiled looking at the three of us just like the way we were in 1844.

After another half an hour passed we were wasted I was looking for Klaus and Katherine who had disappeared “Where are they?” I asked at Stefan as we pushed the people away walking up the stairs.

“I don’t know” he looked around I opened the door to Stefan’s room when I froze, my breathe hitched in my throat. There Klaus and Katherine were kissing not the cheek on the mouth a full on make out session. I felt tears and anger boiling in me. "How could you?!" i screamed,Klaus pulled way looking at Katherine who looked flustered then turned to me his eyes wide.

I walked up to Katherine grabbing her hair punching her in the face, I walked up to Klaus punching him as well. I Felt so betrayed and hurt.

“How could you!” I screamed I couldn’t believe it “Nicole” I didn’t even want to listen “Forget it you bastard” I screamed at him as tears started to fall down my face.

“I trusted you!” I screamed at Katherine who was standing looking at Stefan who had a pained expression on his face “Im sorry” they both apologized.

“No im sorry that I actually fell for you guys” I screamed I couldn’t handle this much pain anymore I took off the ring that was on my hand throwing on the floor “We are over!” I screamed “Nicole love” I couldn’t take it anymore with all my power I punched Klaus making him stumbled “Don’t love me Klaus I hate you!” I screamed I pulled way walking up to Katherine who looked scared.

“This is your fault” I screamed at her “I can explain!” I felt myself turn as I plunged my hand into her chest “The whole world would be better off without you Katherine” I screamed I squeezed her heart as Stefan, Damon and Elena were screaming at me but I ignored them.

“For the past 200 years I have been fed up with you. You turned my brothers made them what they are now! You turned me into a vampire against my own will! I want you dead Katherine” I screamed as I pulled my hand out of her chest crying holding her heart in my hands.

Stefan ran up to her holding Katherine’s body in his arms, I looked around to see everyone looking at me wide eyed. Then it hit me I killed someone! I killed someone! I have never done that for the past 20 years of my life!

I started to cry not knowing what to do my legs gave way as I fell to the ground looking at Katherine’s heart I killed her, I killed my brothers fiancé.

“Stefan, Stefan Im sorry!” I screamed crying he looked at me crying his eyes filling with more tears “She was pregnant!” he screamed I couldn’t believe not only had i killed Katherine but killed an innocent child as well. I sobbed like crazy until I couldn’t handle it anymore.

I closed my eyes breathing in and out until I turned it knowing I had to do it I couldn’t deal with the fact that I had killed not only one person but an innocent child. I looked up to see Damon, Stefan, Elena and Klaus looking at me worriedly.

I smiled standing up “Nicole” Stefan spoke with caution “Yes Stefan?” I giggled “What did you do?” he questioned “I did the only thing that would work” he looked at me raising his eyebrow “What?” he asked his voice barely a whisper “I turned it off” I laughed. I pushed passed everyone walking down the stairs.

“Party’s over everyone! You guys better start running cause im starving!” I screamed my face turning as I started to attack people. I heard their screams and cries but I didn’t care as I drank form their jugulars “Nicole!” I heard Damon scream I looked up smiling at him “What?” he took a step towards me “This is isn’t you” he spoke with sadness in his voice making me roll my eyes “This is me! This is the new Nicole Salvatore, and this is the last time that you’ll see my face again” I smiled running out of the Boarding House and out of Mystic Falls. And I know for sure is that no one will make me turn it on or make me come back to Mystic Falls.
