Phil-
Dan had been going to physical therapy and was making a substantial amount of process. The doctors had even let him go home with Phil as long as he kept up with therapy. Things were tough at first as they had to get used to Dan being incapable of doing things for himself, however Phil was always there when Dan needed him.
-Time skip- 2 months
Dan-
Dan had made a full recovery and was able to walk again. He was so thankful to have Phil to support him, he didn't know what would have happened to him if he didn't have Phil to support him. Phil meant everything to him and he wanted to spend his whole life with him; this incident just proved that they can overcome anything together. That's how he knew he had to do it - he was going to propose.
