He has planned everything out, his proposal had to be perfect. He had chosen to do it at a posh restaurant and invited all of their close friends and family to witness this momentous occasion.
Phil-
Dan seemed to be making a lot of effort for this date, making him wonder if this was more than just a date. He hoped it wasn't because that would only make this harder - he needed to tell him. He was going to tell him. Today.
Dan-
Everything was going great and the plan was going fine. As soon as they finished dessert he was going to do it.
Phil-
He couldn't wait any longer, as soon as they finished dessert he was going to do it. He knew it would kill Dan to hear it but he needed to know; he deserves to know.
Dan-
It was time.
Phil-

P- "Dan I need to talk to you."
D- " Phil I need to talk to you"
They both said at the same time.
P- "You go first" honestly he was just stalling because he knew what it would do to Dan when he found out.
D- "Ever since you came in to my life, every day has been amazing, because of you. The reason I even have a life is because of you, and I want every day in the future to be amazing because of you. So Phillip Michael Lester will you do me the honour of marrying me?"
P- "Dan... I...I'm sorry... I can't.."
